A day later.
Remus had a night to think about it, but it was more on the Order, he knew how he felt for Star.
So today he's going to approach her, but he has to talk to Sirius first.
....
Remus sharply kicks Sirius's bed, startling the Animagus.
Sirius sits up, glaring at his best friend. "What Moony." Sirius ask "we need to talk about Star." Remus says
Sirius nods, bending over the bed and grabbing a random shirt, putting it on. Remus sits on his bed.
"She's a vampire, I never really though those existed." Sirius mumbles as he combs his fingers through his hair.
"I personally can't hold that against her, she accepted me for being a werewolf and I hurt her. Not once has she attempted to take my life or any of yours." Remus says
"I'm not scared or mad at her, I mean it makes sense. I mean she never held a relationship, she fought you off, that was a little weird at the time, and she's been drinking out of a flask, which I had assumed was alcohol, I was kinda pressed on why she would never share." Sirius says
Remus chuckles.
"And maybe that's why she rejected us, Lily did say her reasons were valid and they are. It's the reason why I never had a relationship before." Remus says
"Knowing all this makes me relieved, it means she actually likes me." Sirius says
"Actually she likes me." Remus says
Sirius rolls his eyes. "Yeah let's go with that. I do think we need to talk to her, I don't want her to worry." Sirius says
"I really don't want her hurt either, and we're hurting her by fighting over her, and I'm scared if we make her choose it would hurt our friendship." Remus says
"That's probably her other reason on rejecting us....what if we don't make her choose, what if we share her love, I mean we're best friends, we share things." Sirius says
"But she's not an object." Remus says
"I know she isn't, I've heard of relationships like these. I mean nothing has to happen between us and I mean it would hurt if she didn't choose me. And I'm also scared that this would affect our friendship." Sirius says
"I'm not saying it's a bad idea, because I love the thought of eternity with my best friend." Remus says
Sirius smiles.
"Now all we have to do is tell Star, I wonder how she would take it." Sirius says
"Trust me guys, she's not going to say no." Lily says
The boys jump in fear and whirl around and they see Lily sitting on James bed. She had spent the night unknowingly to the others in the room.
"You heard all of that." Remus ask
Lily chuckles. "You guys weren't exactly quiet. But you better tell her all of this, she plans on giving you a week to think about it. She thinks your going to avoid her for the rest of your lives. And a warning, if you so much as leave her after giving her some romantic gesture, I will hunt you both down and I will massacre your ass and I don't give two shits about going to Azkaban. I will fuck your shits up." Lily says
"That's terrifying." Sirius says
Remus nods agreeing.
Lily gives them a perky smile. "Good, so you understand, because this is my best friend and if I were braver I would give her eternity myself. I mean if I weren't in love with James I would be all over that." Lily says
"I'm really glad to hear that." James says from the door, making the three jump.
Remus and Sirius laugh at Lily's red face. "You really say all that and don't expect me to hear, your in my dorm Lily, I just left to get us some Butterbeers." James says
"Really butterbeers in the morning." Sirius ask "despite the name, it's not alcoholic....wait in the whole seven years we've been in Hogwarts, you actually thought this was beer." James ask, amused.
Sirius glares, blushing in embarrassment. "Shut up." Sirius says
Remus laughs amused.
James turns to a still blushing Lily, and he smiles at her. "I love you too Lily." James says
"Awww." Sirius and Remus coo, making kissy faces.
James and Lily glare at the two. "Sod off the two of you." Lily says "hey, you said the L word in front of them. What did you expect." James ask amused.
