"Thank you one and all for supporting my decisions."


"Now were dat 'ard," Joyce laughed.

"And youse welcomed, mainlander."


Bill walked around the bar and opened a beer, leaning on the bar for a moment.


"Youse looks troubled, Billy," Clayton said.


Bill shook his head.

"No. Just thinking."


"Well, bes your thinkin' bes private or can youse share with us."


Bill walked around the bar.

"What if, instead of having a village council, we have a committee of managers that get together and help shape the village."


There was a moment of silence.

Finally Lindsay spoke up.

"Ise tinks, as far as da business end of da Bay goes, dat bes a gud idea, but don't youse tink wese mite miss out on some gud ideas by doin' that?"


"That is a good point, Lindsay. What about this? We set up suggestion boxes at all businesses in the Bay and we encourage people to put there suggestions in the box and we gather them each week and go over them."
