Me: " Well... I was going down the hall when I was interrupted by Professor Quirrell and he interrogated me on-"
And before I could finish my story, I heard Snape come closer to me and say
Snape: " Quirrell? Professor Quirrell?"
My eyebrows were leaning to each other, making me look confused. I nodded, answering his question. He was looking around the room, talking under his breath. He finally saw his keys, opened the door and pointed out
Snape: " Out Miss Riddle!"
He almost yelled. I quickly ran out of the room. He came out and locked the door outside and said his words to me for the day saying
Snape: " Go, leave."
I quickly ran, still having the bat wings in my pocket, back to the library. Everything with Sage and Snape just happened over a twenty minute span. I opened the library door and saw Madam Pince. She was sitting at her desk, reading. I walked over to my table to see Draco writing on something. Draco lifted up his head and stood up.
Draco: " Where were you? Turner came in and started yelling at me! She luckily got kicked out by Madam Pince but you took too long."
I looked at the ground since he didn't understand what happened with Sage and I.
Me: " Alright, i'm sorry. But I got the bat wings! We need to go and make the potion. Here, let's go to Moaning Myrtle's bathroom."
He collected his belongings and I did as well. We went out of the library, trying to not look too suspicious. It took us a while to walk to the bathroom as it was two floors below us and the stairs kept moving. When we went inside, we sat near the window since the sun was still up. I let Draco brew it as he had better grades in Potions than me. So instead, I kept watch so no one would come to the bathroom. After thirty minutes, no one came near the bathroom. Probably scared to deal with Moaning Myrtle.I was on good terms with Moaning Myrtle because she was scared that I opened the chamber since she was terrified that the basilisk would come out and try to find a way to hurt a ghost like her.
Draco: " Ok, now we just have to wait for two months. Wonderful."
I rolled my eyes and headed back to him.
Me: " At least we are going to try and warn everyone. That's better than doing his stupid task. Anyways, let's get out of here, i'm already having PTSD."
As I held Draco's hand walking away from the bathroom, he confusedly say
Draco: " What's PTSD?"
I giggled under my breath, trying to let Draco think I was still pissed
Me: " Never mind."
I knew what PTSD meant from all the muggle shows I watched. I arrived back at the dungeons to wish Draco well. He was in front of the door as my back was facing the way I had to go. I hugged him saying
Me: " Alright, i'll see you tomorrow at the Great Hall to think of ideas on what we should do with the note."
I pushed away and smiled at him, trying to show I was thankful for his help. He scoffed and smirked at me and said
Draco: " It's a date."
I giggled, knowing that Draco was just trying to joke with me.
Me: " It's a date. S-"
I saw Draco start to blush, but before I could finish my sentence, the same black hair girl I saw at the Transfiguration class in the beginning of the year came up to me and Draco. She looked like a pug.
Pansy: " Move Hufflepuff, you're in my way."
I took a step backwards and saw the girl almost go in until I saw Draco pull her shoulder back and say
Draco: " You should think before you speak Parkinson. Maybe you don't know who that girl is."
I shook my head side to side to signal Draco that this was not the time.
Pansy: " A Riddle? And that scares me? She's not You-Know-Who. It's like saying to care for the pickle juice rather than the pickle itself."
She chuckled evilly. But when she looked back to me and saw my death glare, she immediately stopped and rested her face.
Draco: " Just leave Parkinson. She's not worth it."
I pointed my head to the door to let her know she could leave. She tripped on the floor while going to open the door. She finally left.
Draco: " Don't even mind Parkinson. She's annoying."
I curiously asked
Me: " You mean Pugsy Pansy?"
I just remembered her father worked for my Uncle Leo, her father is more kind than her though, probably just because he is scared of losing his job. Draco laughed at my joke, but it really wasn't. She looked like a Pug, and I put S-Y to rhyme. You might be thinking, it's not nice to call people rude names, I only make a rude name if I hate them.
Draco: " Night Hazel, see you tomorrow."
He smiled at me, then left to disappear in the Slytherin area. I walked to go to my dorm when I realized, what the bloody hell am I going to do with my friendships over the next two months?
