The Riddle: The Philosopher Stone ( Shifting Script/ Harry Potter Fan-fiction )

Chapter 25:

We went down over five neighborhoods until we stumbled upon a McDonalds. Sage, Aarya, and I wanted to stop there with everyone so we could count our candy, take a break and eat. What Aarya didn't know was that we also wanted to stop there so everyone could see what it was like to be in a Muggle Fast food restaurant. Luckily, I had about fifty pounds with me from my last trip to Aarya's house when we went clothes shopping with Sage. Sage also had about forty five pounds from that trip. We didn't mind sharing with the others. Me Aarya and Sage always went here a lot when we were little so it will be fun doing it again. Draco stayed near the back of the group, looking disgusted at any muggle who came near him. Me, Ari, and Sage were skipping until we finally got there. Us three stop and pose and yell in unison at the group

Sage/Ari/Me: "MCDONALDSSSSS!"

Everyone started laughing as we made our way in. The workers looked very confused when we walked in but they didn't care or get paid enough to kick us out so they let us stay thankfully. There were only tables of 5 so we all decided to split up into groups of two everyone but Draco, he preferred to sit alone. Me,Sage,Ari,Fred,and Oliver take one table and Hermione,Ron,George,Harry,and Luna take the other. I sat in between Ari and Oliver while Sage sat on the other end of Ari and Fred.

Sage: "Aren't you two ready to experience the joys of mu- Mcdonalds food!"

Ari looks confused and looks at Fred and Oliver

Ari: "Seriously, you two have never eaten Mcdonalds?"

We all look at each other and begin to laugh.

Sage: "Alright, I'll order for everyone what do you guys want?"

She takes down everyone's orders and Fred goes to join her in ordering leaving me Ari and Oli, Ari eyes him carefully.

Ari: "So youre the famous Oliver Woods Hazel has been writing me about?"

I blush very deep, and turn to see Oli doing the same.

Oliver: "So you've been writing about me? I hope it's all good things being said."

He grins and we stare at each other for a few seconds until something grabs my attention. Draco is trying to pay for his own milkshake in galleons. I excuse myself and run to pay for his drink in pounds before he throws a fit at the McDonalds employee.

Draco: "What did you just do that for Hazel! I had it handled."

Me: "Draco, you were about to pay for your food with wizard money."

We both start to laugh silently, so no one can notice we were being nice to each other.

Draco: "Thank you anyways Hazel, that was nice of you."

I grin at him and then turn to head back to head to my seat only to see classic Hermione lecturing Ron about how he is going to get sick eating all of this muggle food. We lock eyes and begin to laugh hysterically. Fred and Sage have already got everyone's food including mine set up. I got a Sprite and it seems as if Sage made everyone else get a Dr.Pepper. We all klink our drinks and say cheers. After this, everyone goes crazy and I mean legit, goes crazy. Fred and George seems to have decided that going through the Mcdonalds play place and scaring children again was a great idea

Me: "You two do realize this isnt a haunted house, Correct?"

Fred and George:"What's a haunted house?"

Man these two are hopeless. I let them continue to do their thing and head over to where Sage and Ron are sitting. They appear to be very concentrated. I plop down next to them and smile.
