Tatsumi, Mine and I are now on top of a mountain. Waiting for our target to appear.

His name is Iokal, he's a distant relative of the Minister. He uses the Minister's name to kidnapping young women and breath them to death. He is guarded by 7 guards which they get the leftovers. In other words, all of them are guilty and must be purged.

Tatsumi was sitting on a branch holding a binocular in hand while Mine was preparing her Gun Pumpkin while I was leaning on the tree, arms crossed.

TatsumI: So this the estate where Iokal lives.

Mine. I can easily reached it from here. His head will be on sight once he goes through the door.

Y/n: Normally, I would do the sniping but I wanna see your skills.

Tatsumi: Oh yeah! I forgot that you have a Sniper gun as well right bro?

He asked and I nodded. I look at Mine's gun. The Teigu Roman Artillery: Pumpkin. This Teigu increases it's power whenever it's user is in a pinch or specifically whenever their emotions gets stronger depending on the situation.

Tatsumi: Anyway, it's our job to guard her after that shot right? Just leave it to us!

Mine: Hmph.. Im not really counting on that.

Y/n: Just accept the help.

Slowly inside, I was getting ticked off by her.

I then see Iokal coming out.

Y/n: Target on sight, you two.

They look to the estate and it was true as Tatsumi gasped

Tatsumi: There are people surrounding him, they're civilians!

Y/n: Tatsumi, calm down will ya? She'll hit the target.

Tatsumi: How can you be so sure about that?

Y/n: Because I know she will, the others trust her that much for this job.

Mine took the shot, eventually hitting Iokal. No civilians harmed and Tatsumi's face was priceless.

I looked at Mine as I couldn't help but smile even though she doesn't see it.

Y/n: Nice shot Mine.

She started walking to the Rendezvous point.

Mine: Hmph. Of course it was nice, better than perfect. I'm a master sniper after all.

I couldn't help but sigh and walked past her.

Y/n: Can you be more of a brat? Culdn't you just take the damn compliment for once..

I said it rather more harsh than I thought but I don't care,she's been getting on my nerves lately. And surprisingly she stood quiet.

The way to the Rendezvous point was quite difficult but quiet as well. I was ahead of the two but I felt a hand on my shoulder as I turn to see Tatsumi.

Tatsumi: You okay?

He asked concerned.

Y/n: I... I'm fine... It's just, I hate those kind of people that can't take a compliment or a praise without remarking of their greatness, it reminds me too much of those stupid nobles.

I sarcastically said as Mine past us as she flinched, not that I care since I intended it or her to hear.

Tatsumi: I understand bro, but let's finish the mission and maybe you'll help me train, and besides your better with swords, especially with guns, right?
