I remember the days I woke up
and stood still in front of my window
enjoying the view of sunrise.
I remember those days I saw
the greenery around me and
enjoyed the smell of nature.
I remember the soothing voices
of nightingales and wondered
"Who might be their teacher?"
I remember the days I touched
windowsill to enjoy the painting of
pitter-patter raindrops formed on my window.
I remember the smell of sand in
rainy season and
the cool breeze of the rain.
But all I could see now is the
broken nature, mourning for its loss.
I feel hot wind at the beach,
the greenery turned into brown,
the music turned into silence...
When I asked, "what had happened to mother nature?
I received no answer
but the destruction continued
and so did the mourning music of nature...
