Prachi's POV

"Cassie the hell are you doing here? She gave me a sarcastic smile and said "Nice way to ask a person 'to come in'."

She ran to Ace and gave him a side hug and said to Diksha "Hello Dish, how are you girl?" She said "I'm fine!" Cassie smiled and plopped on the couch.

I glared at her and said "Hello to you, Cassie." She rolled her eyes and said "Sit, it's already twelve o'clock" I replied "exactly, let's just talk about it tomorrow"
Cassie folded her hands and said "Nope, Ace messaged me that 'he needs me' it means he must be on trouble, so Ace what is it?"

Ace gloomily said "I came here to propose Diksha for marriage and-" Cassie and I both shouted "WHAT!!" He looked at us. I said "what's your age only,huh? Dreaming about marriage."

Ace coldly replied "My life without Diksha will be like a tree without blossoms or fruit." I let out a harsh breath and said "Listen Ace, A person who abandons a career in order to stay home and raise children is considered not to be living up to his potential — as if a job title and salary are the sole measure of human worth."

Cassie nodded in agreebable manner and said "She's right Ace and you should be focusing on your upcoming responsibility, you will be the CFO."

Diksha said "But we love each other" she looked at me with her glossy eyes "please di." I looked away I can't handle it now. Ace replied "Okay we will focus on career but at least let us get engaged."

Cassie bitterly laughed and said" Don't convince us, convince your mom. There's no way she will let you get engage if Xavier is single."

I narrowed my eyes and asked" What Xavier have to do in this matter ?" Cassie explained "Xavier lost his mother at age eight so Ace and Aaron's mother means Xavier Aunty has taken care of all the three. Xavier was the favourite one among them so she already fixed it that Xavier should be always first in everything. So he have to marry first."

I rubbed my temple as its aching because of so many information getting today.

Cassie shouted "I have plan, but I have to inform Xavier first then I'll let you guys know. Ace you should leave, So good night and Prachi can you share your bed?" I nodded. And asked her "what's going on your head?" She smirked and said "You'll know!"

Cassie's POV

It's morning four-o clock, Xavier must be sleeping. I looked at Prachi and after getting ensure that she is still sleeping I slowly took my phone and walked in living room. I must say she has nice taste in colours and texture. Her living room, bed room. I have not seen her bathroom I think should check her bath- wait! I should call Xavier not to roam around.

Nice caller tune but I'm not getting a single word and why did he set up a different language callertune, where did he heard it?. "Yes Cassie!" He said while yawning.

I asked "Your ringtone? It's hindi, right? Where did you heard this song?" He cleared his throat and arrogantly asked "You called me in Sunday early morning just to interrogate about that song?" I slapped my forehead realising that what I was going to ask something else but what I actually asked.

I said "No, I actually wanted your help." He asked "what help?" I explained "Ace wants to marry her Girlfriend or-" Xavier casually replied "so, let him marry. I can arrange everything. What he wants, a destination wedding?"

I sighed and said "Xavier plzz listen first, he said that he will not take responsibility of CFO if he will not marry her girlfriend. After making him understand he said he will join as CFO only if they get engaged."

I know Xavier must fuming in anger, he gritted his teeth and said "That Brat! I'm okay with it but what about Aunt Marina she's as stubborn as a mule to make me marry first and I'll tell you the worst part- she is searching girl for me."

I smirked and said "No biggie! You just have to cooperate. I'll send her elder sister to Lennon's Mansion at ten o'clock and don't worry, she is smart she'll handle everything you just have to support her. That's it."

He replied unsurely "It does sound good but if doesn't work out then don't blame me." I rolled my eyes and said "Bye! And don't be late."

At ten-o'clock
Author's POV

In Lennon house, Aunt Marina was excited as her hired matchmaker said that today at ten o'clock a girl will come to meet her who is perfect to become Xavier's wife.

But she does have any idea that the girl is having loose motion. Prachi also has no idea that why the guards are not stopping her. They have been ordered not to stop the girl who will be coming at ten morning.

Prachi's POV
I saw Aunt Marina or should I say Mrs. Lennon smiling at me from the door step.

But Cassie explained me that she is not soft spoken woman. Here she is continuously passing me friendly smiles. I smiled back and said "Good morning Mrs. Lennon!" She replied "Oh don't call me that call me Aunt dear, So what's your name." Woah she is becoming to friendly.

I said"Prachi Mehra." She beamed and said "oh my God Xavier, what a pleasant surprise,huh? Glad that you come! Come meet Prachi your soon to be wife."

I gaped at her and Xavier's jaw dropped. We both looked at her without blinking.
