"Look!" exclaimed Zarna as she sprinted towards a nearby rock.

"There seems to be a connection between the book and that rock," observed Zarna, pointing at the rock. "Remember the time when we accidentally left the book on that very rock in the forest?"

Ray nodded in agreement.

"I recall that incident vividly," added Advika. "We were so frightened that we fled the scene without looking back."

"I still remember the first time we brought the book to this desolate place, hoping to read it in absolute secrecy," began Maya. "As soon as we started reading, the forest began to come alive... the trees started uprooting and disappearing... it was terrifying."

"Leaving the book on the rock," added Ray.

"I wish we were carrying a frisbee," said Zarna and pouted.

"Seriously, Zarna," said Maya and nodded her head.

Advika took the book from Zarna. "Let's begin then," she said.

"Did it cross your mind that we've probably teleported to a beach, and we don't know how to go back?" asked Maya and tied her hair into a bun.

"Yes," said Advika and sat on the sand. "This place will disappear like the forest and send us back from where we came."

"I wish to be as unbothered as you are," said Maya with a tone of sarcasm.

Advika faked a smile. "Thanks," she said.

Zarna gazed at the expanse of sandy beach before them. "Water," she exclaimed, taking a leisurely stroll towards the deep blue ocean.

"Zarna, we're here to practice," reminded Advika sternly, watching her friend's playful antics.

"I know, I know," replied Zarna with a grin, sauntering towards the water's edge and kicking off her sandals. As the salty air and chilly water touched her toes, she felt invigorated.

"Zarna, don't wander off too far," cautioned Maya, placing her hands on her hips.

"She's probably just trying to connect with the water's energy," suggested Advika, opening her book. A gust of wind blew her hair across her face, prompting her to say, "Where's my clip?" before turning to adjust her hair.

Tej handed Advika a hair clip, saying, "Here it is. I found it in the car."

"Thanks," she replied, securing her hair into a neat bun.

Tej then offered to hold the book for her, to which she nodded in agreement.

As Tej opened the book, he exclaimed, "The next page has been revealed!"

Ray and Maya, who had been nearby, quickly rushed over to see what was happening, peeking over Tej's shoulder to catch a glimpse of the book.

"Master the art of thoughtlessness," read Tej. Zarna came back running. "What does it say?" she asked.

"Sit down in a calm environment and focus on your chakras," read Tej.

"I bet you know about them, Maya and Advika," said Ray.

"Yes," said the girls in unison.

"Let's all sit down and practice then," said Tej.

They all sat down on the sand cross-legged, keeping their palms on their lap. "Shed some light on the chakras first," said Ray.

Maya looked at Advika, motioning her to begin.

Advika began her explanation, "Our body has seven chakras that serve as energy centers, each associated with a specific part of our body."

She continued, "The root chakra, the first chakra in our body, is located at the base of the spine. Its primary function is to connect our mind, body, and soul with the Earth. It's symbolized by the color red."

Maya chimed in, adding, "The second chakra, known as the sacral chakra, is located approximately three inches below the navel. It is closely linked to the lymphatic system and is responsible for expressing emotions. The color associated with this chakra is orange."

Advika continued her explanation, "Moving on, the third chakra is located behind the naval region, below the rib cage. It is closely associated with self-confidence, self-discipline, and wisdom. This chakra is represented by the color yellow."

Maya added, "The fourth chakra, known as the heart chakra, is located at the center of the chest. It is associated with love, compassion, and emotional healing. It promotes sound mental health and is represented by the color green."

Ray interjected with a cheeky remark, "Shouldn't the heart chakra be red, considering it's near the heart?" and winked mischievously.

Advika continued with her explanation, "Moving on to the fifth chakra, the throat chakra is located just above the heart. It is responsible for expressing truth and sharing opinions with others. This chakra is symbolized by the color blue."

Maya then explained, "The sixth chakra is the third eye chakra, which is responsible for acquiring information beyond the materialistic world, both about oneself and the outer world. It is located between the eyebrows and is represented by the color indigo."

Finally, Advika concluded, "The seventh chakra is responsible for the direct connection with the divine and the conscious energy. This chakra is located at the top of your head and is represented by the color violet."

"Okay, hard time remembering the colors," said Zarna and sighed.

"You'll get a hold of it, don't worry," said Advika.

"Sit quietly for a moment and take a few deep breaths. Let tension and stress slide away for a moment," read Tej.
