"Wait lang, excited masyado bro? Pahingahin mo muna si Architect."

Tumingin ako may Jared na masamang tinitingnan si Deb. Hindi ko alam kung bakit siya nandito. Planning pa lang naman ang gagawin namin, hindi pa naman siya kailangan ngayon.

I bit my lower lip when Jared nodded. My heart is beating so fast because of nervousness, I feel like its about to go out my ribcage.

"No, I have other plans for the day, let's start." I told Deb which made him nod. "Oh, sorry pala the last time Mr. Corneza, I had to run away. I was just shocked to see someone I shouldn't." I said before giving Engr. Vasquez a glance.

His neutral face remained. Na parang wala na talaga siyang pakialam. His eyes don't tell he's sorry about what happened years ago! Gosh, what a jerk.

"Oh! Rebutt na bro— Aray!" Deb held his arm when Jared suddenly hit it to shut him up. They both glared at each other like kids. "Nga pala Arch., Deb na lang hehe," napakamot pa siya sa ulo niya habang tumatawa tawa pa.

Nginitian ko lang siya at tinanguan. Inabot ni Deb ang isang folder at may inilabas na mga papel doon. "Ano nga ulit 'to?" Deb whispered while scratching the back of his head.

"Sketch." Engr. Vasquez suddenly said.

"O, basta yun. Architect, sabi ni.. sabi ko, ito yung uh, gagayahan ba?" I let out a chuckle because his action.

"D'yan ako magbe-'base' para sa design ng bahay." I emphasized the word 'base' to explain to him thoroughly about the sketch. I didn't make it sound so offensive for him to understand.

Hindi naman laging kailangan ng ganito, sometimes the client would just say something about the design that they want, or the Architect will the just ask the client. Sometimes it's good to have sketches like this, especially when the Architect is in a mental block state, you don't have to think of some designs. Or ako lang yung ganito?

"O-oo tama." He gave me a small smile so I smiled back. Engr. Vasquez suddenly gasped, which made me and Mr. Corneza turn our head to him. He even did an eye roll. Gosh, how rude.

I reached for the papers to check it. I was shocked to see the design. The outside and the interior was drawn very well. It was like a professional's work, gosh, nahiya ang skills ko.

I tilted my head when I suddenly remembered something like this. I closed my eyes to picture it out, but I can't. It seemed like I saw this one, but I don't know where. It was very familiar.

"Did you draw this, Mr. Corneza?" I asked. I saw his Adam's apple moved, like he swallowed so hard.

"Yes naman Architect! Yan na lang talent ko e," I got easily convinced by what he said kaya tumango naman ako. He don't look like he's lying naman. Gosh, napaka-judgemental ko ata.

"Why did you buy a house and renovate it when you can just buy a lot?" I again asked.

I also wonder why he has a house. May family na ba siya? Oh my God. I also want to ask him that but my conscience told me not to, wala naman dapat akong pakialam sa personal life niya. Curious lang, ganon.

"Ah, yun? Wala lang, trip ko lang." I scoffed in disbelief. I'm just concerned sa money kasi it will cost them double.
