After taking in another breath to compose himself, he made an attempt to calm the class down. They eventually quieted, however now painfully aware of the empty seat in the corner of the room that she'd once occupied. They hadn't even known each other for that long, and yet Y/N had managed to make an imprint on them all, whether by her friendliness anything else.

"She's not dead yet, so there's no use in worrying. For now, you should be focused as the battle isn't over yet."

"More villains?!" Somebody exclaimed.

"The UA Sports Festival is rounding the corner." By all means, the class should've been ecstatic. But the news of their friend and fellow classmate had come as a shock, and now a reminder of how scary the villains could be.

"Can we really hold the festival even after everything that's happened Mr. Aizawa?" Kirishima asked.

"Apparently the Heroes Public Safety Commission believe it'll reassure the public that things are all 'well and good'," he seethed. "The hope is that each and every one of you can participate by then."

The class fell silent again, understanding what he'd meant. If Y/N wasn't back by the time of the Sports Festival, she'd have to miss one of the 3 rare opportunities to show the world what she could do.

'I hope she can recover by then..' Midoriya thinks to himself.

Not Yet

(Aizawa)

After breaking the news to the students, he quietly left the room unnoticed, as they were too busy trying to comprehend what was happening. Understanding all too well the shock they were feeling.

Outside was a mob of students, seemingly present for the class. He sighed, already knowing the reason they were here.

"Look, I know you want to talk to my class about the upcoming Sports Festival, but now isn't the time. I'm not sure whether you've heard or not, but one of the students suffered severe injuries."

Shinso was in the crowd at the time. 'Could it have been Y/N?' He couldn't help but wonder. Y/N would almost always respond to his messages, whenever, wherever and if she could, she certainly would.

However, after the villain attack, no reply. Nothing. He figured she was just busy, but hearing the news from the teacher he'd started to get worried.

The news shocked the students in the crowd, to say the least. Out of either pity or fear, they ended up disbanding and separating.

Visiting Hours

After getting the go ahead from Aizawa and information that she was finally stable enough for visitors, however only in single or small groups.

The class split up into 5 groups, visiting her on after the other until time was up.

#1

Tsuyu, Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida were the first to visit. The group had become fond of her, both through her skill and power, but also by her genuine friendliness, making her stand out from the rest of the class

Midoriya walked over to the bedside and looked at her. 'She looks so.. calm.' He thought. The silence in the room was suffocating- everyone acting as if the girl really was dead.

Uraraka and Tsuyu joined him not long often helping Iida place down the cards and gifts they'd gotten for her. Her facial features were painted with serenity, not an ounce of discomfort on it.

Perhaps that was why they thought she really was gone. Midoriya was the only one out of the four who had heard her antagonizing scream that day, but everyone noticed the blue glow she had emitted.
