Well I wasn’t one to sit around moping all day. So I called up Caleb to see what he was up to.
“Hey man! I was talking to Rick about going and playing some basketball. We’ll be at the Loft if you want to join us.”
“Sounds good. I’ll be there.”
As I got dressed and ready to leave I found myself keeping an eye on the front door and waiting for the phone to ring. Apart of me still was hoping Skye would surprise me with a visit or something.
