The Misfit of Demon King Academy (Anos Voldigoad x Reader)

Chapter 1

Ever since you came to Bodiam castle, you knew that there was no way you'd be able to sneak out so you decided that you might as well trick the elders to allow you to leave the castle. A few days later, you decided to barge into the meeting the seven elders typically held every year. As you walk into the meeting room with the elders sitting around a conference table, you see the familiar faces you grew up seeing. Melheis boran, ivis necron, gaios anzem, ydol anzeo, medoin garsa, zoro angart, and eldora zaia. They were all people that you hated, but respected. You hated them because they spent years experimenting on you, but you also respected them because they were descendants of the demon king that possess magic far more superior than you. It wasnt the first time you've barged into a meeting, but you never made it a habit since the elders were never happy whenever you did.

"What is it Y/N, you do remember what we told you the last time you came in during a meeting" Melheis Boran sighed as he looked at you. Flashbacks of you getting tortured when you were little came rushing through your mind, but you quickly snap out of it. Over the years, Melheis boran became your favorite elder because he treated you like a distant daughter and grew a soft spot for you as you grew older. He knew that you'd be important to protecting the demon king in the future so he'd be more lenient when it came to excusing your actions. However, he did not hesitate to punish you if you did something out of line. You ignore Melheis as you browse further throughout the room. On the table, you see an image of the demon king academy and a roster of the students.

A smirk comes onto your face, but quickly hidden with a cheerful smile.

"Melheis. Elders. Don't mind me, I am just done with my daily tasks so I wanted to see what you all were discussing" as you nod to greet them you can see that they were in the middle of talking about something important. Since this wasn't your first time doing this, the rest of the elders did not pay any mind to your presence so you lean on the window ledge.

Ivis continues."Emilia ludowell from the academy has provided us a lead on who may be the next demon king so I will be going to the academy to check it out."

Ydol couldn't help but interrupt.

"How are you so sure that the lead Emilia has provided is actually true. We have had countless instances where people claim to be the reincarnated demon king, but they were quickly proven wrong always. You're simply wasting your time going there, ivis. Has he been able to maintain gyze, what about the dungeon exam? We should focus on more important things like-"

Before ydol could finish his sentence, Ivis interrupts. "He has passed the majority of the tests and he possesses a far greater strength than anyone has ever seen."

As Ivis continues to talk, a photo of a boy with dark hair and ruby looking eyes, pops up. Something about the boy made your eyes light up to show your demon eyes. Your eyes were special because you had the ability to instantly make anything burn like a rising sun. Immediately, you turned off your demon eyes before the elders could notice.

Your attention quickly turns to Ivis as he continues to talk. "As of now, we have no information about this boy, except that he is a misfit, the son of a demon and human parents. I will report back to you all once I get more information. The day of my visit, they will be tested on the dungeon exam, if this boy is who we think it is, he will know about the scepter so we shall see if he is truly who he claims to be." As he said this, it seemed like he was hiding something and had other intentions besides just evaluating this boy. Ivis definitely had something up his sleeve and planned on doing something.

All the other elders did not notice so they agreed with Ivis' plan. After that, Eldora proceeds with the meeting.

"If the information ivis received is true, then we will send more elders to evaluate his ability and strength. Within the following days of Ivis' visit, Ydol and Gaios will be going to the academy to teach them sword magic..."

You couldn't help but chuckle out loud as you hear eldoras comment.

"And what seems to be so funny ms. Y/N"

You push yourself from the ledge and walk towards the table.

"Well you see ydol and gaios aren't exactly the best people to send to access someone's sword magic, considering how many times I've beaten them individually"   Ydol furiously stands up from his seat, but Melheis puts up his hand to halt him from speaking.

Zoro grins and speaks up "And who do you think would be a better option to send? You don't perhaps believe that we should send you do you think"

You smile. Everything was going according to the way you anticipated.
