Note: Trigger Warning for some of them. Also, for those of you feeling down, or are experiencing mental health issues, I understand, well, I mean, we all experience this differently, but know that it'a okay to ask for help. You are not alone. You are loved. There are many people who've helped me through my journey and I appreciate them so much. I am still on the path towards recovery, but some of these poems were written a few years back when I was in my darkest phase. Please keep this in mind. I do not intend to promote any sort of self-harm, or exacerbate mental health issues. These poems are just an expression of my pain and the tough times I went through. Some of you might be able to relate, maybe feel better knowing that you're not alone. And some of you might just want to know what it's like to live with mental health.
Please, take these thoughts in mind.
I am in a better place and that's thanks to asking for help and for the people who've supported me.
You are stronger than you believe you are.
