4:THE PHONE CALL

-RAAHAT-
I didn't want di and jiju to go for dinner with the Sinhas.They were manipulating people but jiju had already made the decision.So here I was on the gate of my house,waiting for my little Vihaan.Di and jiju were coming to drop him to me and then they would directly go to the restaurant.I was dressed in a sky blue coloured salwar suit and dupatta.Then I saw their car approaching.Di opened her side of the car and came out to with Vihaan who jumped up to me blabbering maa and God knows what else.
Di-Kaisi hai choti?Mumma papa kahan hain?
Raahat-Main theek hoon di.Aur mumma papa Rohini aunty ke ghar party pe gaye huye hain.
Main akeli hoon ghar pe.
Di-Acha theek hai,Ab main chalti hoon.Tu dhyaan rakhna Vihaan ka aur apna.
Raahat-Hanji di aap bhi dhyan rakhna.Zyaada der matt rukna wahaan.Bye jiju.
Jiju-Bye Raahat..!
The watchman closed the gate as soon as I was inside with vihaan who was telling me his entire routine in his baby words.
I would occasionally say
"Acha ji,Aisa huaa mere bache ke saath"
and he would continue with blabbering being the talkative kid he is.

I took him to my room and changed him into his night suit.I have a section in my walk in closet completely filled with his clothes,shoes and toys.Since I don't like to shop and spend money on my stuff,I spend it on him and then spend some of my money on the children of nearby orphanage.
I made him lay on the bed and laid beside him listening to his cute blabbering where he would say 'maa' once in a while to grab my attention.
He turned around with his stomach on the bad and then tried to hold my shoulder.I knew he was tired of talking and he wanted to sleep now so he was trying to lay on me.I helped him in getting on to me and he looked towards me and smiled once his front was pressed against my stomach.He crawled up a bit and put his head on my breasts and his little hands on my shoulders.I started caressing his hair lightly with one hand while humming a soft lullaby for him and then I heard him breathing softly.He slept on me.I closed my eyes when my eyelids started getting heavy.

-AARAV-

I went to the 'NIGHT LIGHTS CLUB' where me and my best friends usually meet and there they were in the VIP section on our usual seats grabbing all the attention in the club.I walked to them and greeted them with my usual bro hugs and fist bumps.
Veer-Hey bro!Kaisa hai?
Aarav-Main theek hoon tum log batao!
Rehaan-Bas Bro hot ladkiyon ke sahare kaat rahe hain.
We were still talking about business,private matters and old memories when a waitress came to our table with offshoulder tight little dress.It was so tight that I felt that her boobs would pop out anytime...She tried to take Veer's attention but boy did I tell you Veer hates girls from the bottom of his heart.Even in his office,female employees are not allowed to go to his floor.
Veer avoided the attention he was getting from the waitress when Rehaan tried to look out for her.
Rehaan-Hey darling!Can you please get us 4 regular beer.
Waitress-Sure Sir.(she walks away)
Rehaan-What is it with this attitude of yours?
Veer-I just don't like girls And no I am not a gay.
Rehaan-What have these sweet sexy girls ever done to you huh?

Kabir chuckles beside me.We know that Rehaan is the biggest playboy amongst us.
He receives much attention from the female fans.
Kabir-So bro bhabhi ko propose karne ka kuch socha?
Yaa,These idiots call Raahat Bhabhi when we are discussing her.How wonderful it sounds no?
Aarav-Nahi bro,Humaara kuch nahi ho sakta.Bhabhi nahi maanengi yaar.Kahaan Raahat,ek dum perfect aur kahaan main.

Veer-Sahi bola,You are such an ass!
I glare at him with a sarcastic smile and Rehaan starts laughing.
Kabir-But sahi mein bro,tu baat karke toh dekh Bhabhi se,kyaa pataa woh maan jaayein.
Rehaan-Kya sahi fat ti hai teri bhabhi ke saamne.huh dude?
Kabir-Isse ignore kar Aarav aur bhabhi ko bataane ke baare mein sochna.
I nod.Kabir is the sensible one.He loves his family and does not fuck around with girls and one night stands.Our dads have been best friends,they still are,so we know each other since nappy days.Same preschool,same primary school,same high school and same college.We met Veer and Rehaan in high school though!Also did I mention,Kabir is Naina's best friend even though Naina is 3 years younger to us.Naina has been a part of our group of 5 and is like a baby sister to Veer and Rehaan.Veer loves her like a sister even though he hates females.
We talked till 9 and were having our beers when my phone started ringing.It was an unknown number.I excused myself from the boys and went to one of the less noisy corners to receive the call.And that one call shattered me.I wish I had never received that call.My breath hitched and my heart felt heavy like never before..!
