I'm SO sorry i haven't been active on here, life is super busy and annoying. anyway, i've decided to do a model diet. i'll basically be eating and working out like models.
so like warm lemon water for breakfast, no drinks except tea, black coffee, and water. no bread or pasta, it'll all basically just be really healthy food - everything that's in the fruits and vegetables isle at the store lmfao
i might upload a workout video with this, if i can find a good one, that'll i'll be doing or i might just do one that i've read models have done and make a list. so this'll be fun!! the next chapter will be my results, let me know if i should measure my body or not - i can't decide.
