Hello everyone!! So sorry I haven't been active, I've been crazy busy! I'm going to comic con in like 30 something days so Ive started a meal calendar thing.
Sept. 8 - 15: Eat healthy. NO sweets at all!
Sept. 16 - 21: IU diet!!
Sept. 22 - 30: Egg diet (again it's worked so well for me, like you can literally even cheat on this diet and you still lose weight lmfao)And then until comic con I'll just be working out for at least an hour and the week before I'll do the IU diet again!
