Lanas PoV

My hands sat in my lap, palms sweating from knowing that being here isn't good. I was about to be in the middle of a war zone and I don't think I'm ready for that. I don't think I'm ready to see Harry, I'm definitely not ready to see my dad and I am most definitely not ready to watch either of them die.

"Lana, it will be alright. I won't let anything happen to you" Louis' voice said in a comforting tone as we pulled up to the large abandoned warehouse. With the amount of cars that were scattered around the area leading up to and with in the site we were in, it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out something was about to go down.

"It's not me I'm worried about." I mumbled as I looked around, hoping quietly to spot Harry, see his smile for what could possibly be the last time.

The car came to an abrupt stop and the sound of keys being pulled out of the ignition filled my ears. Louis got out the car and I sighed, not wanting to leave the car but knowing I had to. I slowly got out of the car and ran my hands over my black jeans, moving to Louis who was grabbing a duffle bag from the boot of the car. A duffle bag I watched him fill with weapons this morning.

The car boot slams shut and Louis motions his head for me to follow him as he begins to walk towards the large warehouse that has men standing around it, at the doors and inside looks incredibly busy as well.

They all seem to clear a path when they see Louis, then their attention turns to me and wide eyes and whispers go between them all.  I keep my head down and continue to follow Louis and soon again we were stopping and that's when I heard the voice that used to terrify me, now only making my heart flutter.

I look up to see the man I should be terrified from and his face is set in stone.  He has been ready for this day since my father took his mum and sister from him.  In front of him.  He looks in my direction but nothing seems to register until his head whips back around to me with wide eyes.

"You brought her?!" He bellowed at Louis.  I frown slightly at the fact he didn't want me here or maybe he just doesn't want to see me.

"Of course I did, why wouldn't I?  Isn't Lana one of the reasons this is happening?" Louis asked, seemingly confused at why Harry is so angry I'm here.

"You realise that today either I die or her dad does right?  You think she can handle seeing that?  You are a fucking idiot Lou."  Harry said, shaking his head and then it hit me.  At least one of them aren't making it out of here, no matter what happens today I'm going to have to either watch Harry or my father die.  Never mind the rest of the men that are here, willing to risk their lives for Harry or whoever my father has brought with him.

"Oh. Fuck." Louis simply said as realisation struck him as well. They both looked to me and then around the warehouse before Harry grabbed my arm after he checked the time.

"They should be here any second, I need to get you out of here." He said in a panicked voice that somehow managed to stay soft and caring. He pulled my through the crowd and towards the door but stopped in his tracks and his eyes stayed glued to something outside. I looked up to see large trucks filing in and rowdy men exiting from the back of them.

"It's too late. It's too fucking late!" Harry whispered the first part before he screamed the second statement and punched the walls next to him. I gasp and step back, gaining his attention.

"Come on. Looks like today might be the worst day of your life. I'm sorry." Is all he said before pulling me back over. Liam, Louis, Niall and Zayn all stood a few steps in front of the hundreds of men that were stood behind them. We walked over to them and they all gave me a sympathetic look and I knew Harry's words were true. He stood with the boys but pulled me so I stood behind them all, as if they were my own personal human shield.
