So, this is kinda what I said before in my other headcanon book, but, this is slightly different.
The Despair Disease doesn't make the person act the oppsite of how they usually act, no, it just makes the persons underlying desires surface. Like, per say, wanting to be able to lie to other people and not just yourself, or, wanting to be violent and kill for yourself and the one you lust for.
