"Wetin be dat?" he asks.
"She's on her period, she's not feeling fine," I say again.
Vivian is going to kill me
"Ah! Make I call madam" he says.
"No!!!" I say out of instinct.
"Vivian doesn't want her mom to worry about her, my mom is taking care of her don't worry," I say.
"Ehen, okay"
Thank you, God. I silently said some prayers.
"We don reach oh"
" Thank you, sir," I said.
I immediately jump out of the car and start running towards my class.
Immediately I hit my sit, Mr. William enters the class.************************************************************************
It is currently lunch break, and Emeka and I are arguing about which is better Coke or Pepsi.
I kept on telling him that it is Coke, but he still insisted that rubbish excuse for a drink is better.
Well, it's his own opinion.
As for me, I know that Coke is better than Pepsi.
" Senior Lewa Coach David said I should call you," a junior said to me.
"Why is the coach calling me?" I asked.
"I don't know"
"Olodo, you have already forgotten why you are here," my conscience says to me.
"Okay, tell him I am coming," I said.
I finish eating my food and go to the administrative building to meet the coach.
I saw him talking to a guy, and I walked up to him."Sir, I was called," I say.
"Yes! Iwalewa right?"
"Yes sir," I say.
" You are the girl on.."
"Yes, sir I am the girl who runs track" I interrupt him because there are students In the staff room.
"Okay, I called you to let you know that training is starting in about ten minutes," he said.
How do these people even think?
" I can't sir, I just finished eating," I said.
" Oh yeah, then we will postpone it to closing time," he said.
"Yes sir," I said and left the staff room.

"Thirty-six seconds, good job Lewa"
"Amaka forty-five seconds? You can do better than that" he said.I just mumbled thanks so that Amaka won't feel bad.
I walked over to the side of the track to stretch so that I can take the last lap and leave.
Luckily for me, I didn't really get questions about Vivian. I guess everyone is already used to her constant absence.
I get up after stretching and return to my lane for my last lap when I see Emeka sprinting. Our eyes meet, but he looks away to finish his race.
I didn't know he ran track.
