Living with Lena had improved your mental health immensely. She was always there for you and genuinely cared for you. Unlike how Lillian and Lex tried to reel you in with a false sense of security. You liked living with Lena and you were grateful for everything that she's done for you. Lena however felt like what she was doing for you wasn't enough.
"I don't know, Kara. I feel like I'm not doing enough for her. Like there's more I could be doing."
Kara wraps her arm around Lena's shoulders and pulls her close to give her a hug.
"Lena, you've been doing anything and everything you can for her. She's much more happier than when you first brought her home. Has she told you anything that's made you think that she needs more?"
"No but all those years that she spent with Lillian and Lex won't go away with just therapy. I'm her sister. I was supposed to keep her safe and yet I failed to do that one thing. I know there's more I could do."
"Lena, there was no way that you could've know about what they were doing to her. It's not your fault. You're doing everything you can to make sure that she's doing much better now and she is! She's happier."
Lena sighs and nods.
"She's graduating soon, right? Why don't you hire her to work with you?"
"Kara! That's a brilliant idea. Why didn't I think of that sooner?"
