The next day despite going to bed at like 2am I was up super early ready for the interview I had to conduct. Jacqui still dozed off, I knew she would leave when she was ready. I showered and got changed into my into a blue denim dress. Paired with white heels. I settled for my white Michael Kors bag and threw in the items I needed. I tied my hair into a high bun and put on some super big gold hoops. I made sure to pray before I left and do my quiet time. 

"Jason are you ready?" I asked him as I entered the kitchen and kissed the top of his head. 

"Esmerelda where have you been!" I gushed. I realised I hadn't seen her much the last few days. 

"I had Sunday off to go and see my daughter and grandkids." She said and I smiled. 

"And how are they?" I asked her as I took a croissant from the table and make a cup of tea. 

"They are so cute! Michelle can walk now and Phoebe is talking." She smiled as she thought about them. 

"Beautiful, I can't wait to meet them." I said and she nodded. 

"Jason! Heh, you have to go to school nieto. Come on."She rushed down his weetabix and I laughed. 

"Ooo you're looking rather bright this time of the morning." Lucas came in and smirked. 

"I thought I'd give you a pop of colour." I said. 

"Josh hurry up!" He yelled and I realised I hadn't seen Josh in a few days actually. 

"Josh where have you been?" I asked as he wandered in the kitchen yawning. 

"At his geeky band practice." Lucas mocked and I hit him. 

"We have our summer performance on the last week of term so we've been rehearsing quite a lot." He said and I smiled. 

"And can I come?" I asked him. 

"Mum will make us all go." Lucas groaned. 

"Don't we go for you when Football season is on?" Josh raised his eyebrow and I laughed. 

"You tell him." I smirked. "Come on Jase, I have a meeting this morning." I grabbed his hand. We took his school bag and headed for the door. We climbed in the car and headed to school. 

"How's your lil girlfriend Jase?" I asked him as we zoomed down the main road. 

"Lucy's good, I gave her a daisy yesterday." He smiled from the backseat and I gushed. 

"Awww you keep up the good work." I smiled as we pulled up to the gate. "See you later bud." I watched him go inside then I typed in the GPS to get to work.

I pulled up to the office about an hour with Ida's frappecino in my hand and a bag of croissants from Starbucks opposite. 

"Morning Susan!" I chimed and clocked in. I lightly knocked on Ida's door and she responded to come in. 

"Morning darling." I smirked and handed her breakfast, knowing she never ate it. 

"Are you just going to make this awkward for me now?" She smirked as the giant rock glistened from her ring finger. 

"I'm sure everyone is going to have questions." I said as I sipped my Salted Caramel Frostino. 

"I plead the fifth." She retorted and grabbed the croissants. 

I cackled and took a seat opposite her. 

"Are you ready for the interview?" She asked and I nodded. 

"Tara has taught me well." 

"Great because Annabelle Bassey will be in in like an hour so keep preparing." She said and I nodded.
