Spencer: "Hey Naomi. You ready to go?" he calls out when he comes into her apartment
Naomi: "Yeah. Just give me a few seconds." she calls out from her room and Spencer jumps when he hears a bark and turns around to find a dog sitting on the couch looking up at him

Spencer: "Uh...Naomi?" he calls out looking at the dog in slight worry
Naomi: "Hey" she comes into the room and when she sees him looking at the dog she smiles "Oh yeah. Spencer meet Max. Max meet Spencer."
Spencer: "You got a dog?"
Naomi: "Yeah. I still had a day off from when I went to Texas so I used that day to go meet this guy. You can pet him if you want."
Spencer: "So what brought this on?" he slowly reaches his hand out so Max can sniff him
Naomi: "Well it was lonely with just me here and I wasn't gonna get a roommate. Well at least not a human one so..." she shrugs
Spencer: "Who's gonna watch him while we're gone?"
Naomi: "My neighbor next door. She has a dog of her own. The two really get along."
Spencer: "Nice."
Naomi: "You ready?"
Spencer: "Yeah let's go." he nods watching as she grabs her bag before kissing Max on the head and follows him out the apartment

Emily: "Hey, what did Strauss want?" she asks when they come into the meeting room to find Hotch and JJ already in there looking at the screen
Hotch: "She needs us in Los Angeles."
JJ: "Home invasion homicide last night. Officers found Gregory Everson, 56, beaten, with a gsw to the head. His wife Colleen was equally beaten and raped repeatedly."
Emily: "Repeatedly?"
JJ: "That's what she reported."
Watson: "Wait, she survived this?"
Hotch: "He chose to keep her alive."
Watson: "An intentional witness."
Rossi: "Everything but that points to an organized offender, an experienced one."
Reid: "Was she able to identify him?"
JJ: "She said he was white, with mean eyes and repulsive breath."
Rossi: "Rotten inside and out. Did he rape her in front of the husband?"
JJ: "Yeah." she nods sadly
Morgan: "One home invasion rarely warrants Strauss personally sending us out."
JJ: "No, there's more. Ballistics match a double homicide downtown LA, 48 miles away."
