The dragon slayers weren't the only ones affected by this, ice and light mages were also affected. Fairy tail, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, Sabertooth, Crime socière and The Oracion Seis were involved in this strange season and even The first Master came!
"So basically, to sum it all up" Jenny started, "the dragon slayers and mages are going to go through puberty again"
"And they will become more powerful and dangerous that they will kill just to kidnap their mates" Sherry finished
"That's a good way to describe it" Midnight stated, rolling his eyes, Racer seemed the most weirded out of everyone else
The mates all screamed and huddled up in a corner together, "child! Remember you'll outsmart the boys!" Carla crossed her arms
"Gajeel is smart!" "Yeah! Natsu isn't dumb!" "Sting is the best!" "Frosch thinks that Rogue is smart too"
The exceeds defended their bestfriends, Carla felt ganged up on, so, she kicked all of them
Lucy's key glowed making a giant light fill the room and then,
"Their smell, hearing and sight will become more powerful, that's a disadvantage" Loke said appearing out of nowhere
"Another spirit!" Meredy exclaimed pointing at Loke, he pushed his glasses upwards which made them shine
"First Master Mavis! A pleasure to meet you" Loke bowed making the first master giggle
"Lucy, if you need help during this season, I'll be ready to help" he told her and went back to the celestial world
"Y-yes...." Lucy managed to say, "you girls need to get over this and be manly" Elfman told the mates
"I wouldn't try to provoke them if I were you" Evergreen whispered to Elfman but he is manly
"It's going to last for only a few days!" Lisanna said trying to lessen the tension in the room
"Actually....it's going to last for 1 month and the slayers are going to go through some stages" Freed told them
"Tell us about what you found Freed" Master said, his interest peaked
"The Dragon mating season is when Dragons find their mates and make them theirs forever"
"The Dragons will have multiple stages to go through, these are:
Stage 1: The dragons will know who their mates are from a dream they had as teenagers
Stage 2: The dragons will become extremely aggressive if another man gets close to their mates
Stage 3: The dragons powers will increase extraordinarily, they will be more powerful than gildarts himself!
Stage 4: They will go find their mates (more like kidnap) to bring them in a den to mark them
The marking stage will officially make the dragon and their mate be together for internity
Stage 5: The dragons will "mate" with their mates" Freed finished
"Oh baby!" Bixlow said and his souls repeated after him, "first master" Wendy called in a soft voice
She looked at Wendy, "what if we get caught?" The room became silent, "we won't be able to save you" she answered
"WHAT-" Before the girls could scream again, everyone in the room placed their hands over the girls' mouths
"Be manly" Elfman told Mira while covering her mouth, Mira took his hands off
"We'll need to get ready to keep you girls safe" Master told them
"But Dragon mating season has already started, hasn't it?" Lucy asked, "actually..... it hasn't" Happy stated
This made everyone in the room give a 'WTF' face,"Master Makarov, do the boys know about this season?" Meredy asked
"They don't" Master told Meredy, sitting next to the first master, on the other hand,
The slayers were trying to listen to what they were talking about but in vain
"Damn! I can't hear anything!" Natsu punched the wall besides him
"They've been in there for quite a while now" Lyon told the boys, "that's it! I'm busting inside!" Sting yelled
Before anyone could stop him, he took the door down in one kick just to fall asleep, "what's happeni-" and one by one they fell asleep
It was one of Ichiya's sleeping perfumes, it is very helpful at times like this, they aren't taking any chances
"Bring them to the basement, Freed you will need to put a magic barrier around them" Mavis explained
Elfman carried Natsu, Gajeel, Gray, Laxus and Jellal to the basement
Ichiya turned into his muscular self
He carried Sting, Rogue, Lyon, Romeo and Eve to the basement
"Good, now, Cana and Gildarts" They both looked at first master at the same time
"I'll need you both to accompany the girls to the fairy tail safe house"
The father and daughter duo high fived, but then Gildarts picked Cana up and crushed her in a bear hug
"Dad stop!" Cana screamed, struggling, Macao and Wakaba stared at the two nervously
"You two will be accompanied by Jura of Lamia scale, Minerva of the sabertooth guild"
"Midnight and Angel of the Oracion seis and Ren and Hibikki of the Blue pegasus guild"
"We'll have porlyusica and Ichiya there to help you if any of you gets injured"
"And to stay here at the guild to fight will be the ones who I didn't mention" The first Master explained
"Doesn't she remember our names?" Max asked Warren who sweatdropped
"What about us?" Happy asked raising his paw, "you'll be joining the girls, the slayers might break free, so, we'll be needing you there"
"I get to be with Lusheeeeee!!!!" Happy exclaimed, throwing himself on Lucy and hugging her
"Thank youuuuu!!!!" Lucy screamed and hugged Happy back
"I'm so excited that Frosch is going to be with me!!!!" Kagura said, hugging Frosch tightly, giving Miliana a look
Miliana turned away and sulked at the corner of the guild hall "Right! On that note! I forgot to inform you who your mates will be"
The girls stood infront of master in a line, ready to know who they will be partnered up with
