It was still dark but I made out his expression through the moonlight.

"...yes" I quietly said.

"alright" he said then he opened the door and gestured me to come in.

I crawled into the bed and wrapped myself in my blanket.

It seems Alex closed the door and slid into bed as well.

I buried my face into the pillow.

I groaned as I heard a knock at the door.

For Pete sakes it's only 3 in the morning.

I slid out of bed and grabbing my robe, i wasn't really expecting myself to find Olivia with her back turned.

"Olivia?" I made out through the moonlight.

the child in comparison to me, was rather small, and cute. I never really got that close with her, and she's a cute kid.
my mind just automatically called out to her, when she was about to leave.

Do not call for her and say she can sleep with me.

"Olivia" I called already betraying my brain.

She stopped and she turned to me.

"Would you like to sleep with us?" I asked.

Which she quietly responded with a yes.

So I led her in and she was already making herself at home.

I shut the door quietly and carefully went back into bed.

she was wrapped in her blanket and I was surprise Vivian didn't seem bother at all.

She was laying between me and Vivian.

Okay just ignore her in the morning.

I slowly drifted back to my slumber.

During the early morning I felt a body snugged close to me.

Around 6 am I opened my eyes.

I saw Olivia sleeping soundly against me.

for some reason, this felt different, sure vivian would cuddle with me, but a child, it made me feel touched. is this what fathers feel?
my instinct was to get out of this situation but I didn't want to wake her up..

I ended up staring at the ceiling, soon enough I fell back to sleep.

I opened my eyes and realisation hit.

I spent my early morning sleeping in Alex's bed.
i was met with my face buried to his chest which made me feel more embarrassed.

I carefully slid off the bed, I hadn't bother in grabbing my blanket.

I just needed to get out of here, it was 7:20 in the morning.
