Adrien finally stood up and shouted "Lila you can't say that she actually bullied you without any proof?"
Adrien was the only person who knew Lila was lying... that kept marinette going.

The whole class widened their eyes as they saw what had been on lilas arm...
Marinette had no hope left. Her friends glanced at it with disbelief. It was a bruise on lila's arm. The whole class fell silent. Adrien looked at marinette as she went through her worst nightmare.
The whole class staring at her with disgust and that made marinette cry...
Chloé knew exactly what was happening but was too afraid to say... she kind of felt bad for marinette because she had felt pain like that before, Chloé didn't want to butt in since she's starting to make friends with her classmates.
She didn't want to make them turn against her. So Chloé watched as Marinette was feeling the despair.
