It was currently around 11am the next morning and Sebastian and Layla, well, they had an understanding. The events the night before had helped them realize that they indeed do love each other but didn't need to verbally say it just yet. The pair woke up holding hands (because they fell asleep in that position) and stayed the same way all day, Sebastian's left hand locked with her right as Layla's right arm draped over his chest, while Sebastian had his right hand on the small of her back, tracing small patterns with his thumb. The two hadn't moved since 9 the night before, laying in this same position for over 12 hours.
Sebastian looked down at the brown-haired girl, kissing her forehead softly, mumbling words against her skin, words that might not sound like a lot, but meant a lot to the pair. "I like you a latte, doll." She giggled at his words, their inside joke, and their shared love of lattes combining. "I like you a latte more, bub." She spoke as she had her eyes closed, taking in the moment, scared of something breaking it. As she had her eyes closed, she couldn't help but fall asleep.
Sebastian chuckled at the girl, kissing her forehead once more, moving her brunette strands of hair from her face with his fingers, being so gentle as if he were to touch her with an ounce more of pressure, he would break her. He smiled as he picked up his phone, snapping a picture of the two, sending it off to the marvel group chat.
