The first strike

Frost was paralyzed with fear as the smoke cloud disappeared, Frisk fell to her knees and Chara ran over to where the explosion happened, Asriel was blown away by the force of the explosion, he rolled on the ground a few times before regaining control, George was blown into a building and John took the explosion head on, Chara found Asriel, he grabbed his head in pain and sat down against a wall, he saw three fighter jets fly over, MIG-36's he said to himself, George was unconscious and John was nowhere to be seen, he was on a roof, he called out
"Get outta there!" He yelled as the jets fired, Frost was sprinting towards the explosion, he summoned a barrier over them, the rounds connected to the barrier and exploded on impact, Frost looked over at George, he grabbed his arm and slung it over his shoulder, he walked him back to the castle, he groaned in pain
"Why? Nova's family!" He said weakly, Frost looked over at Nova and nodded
"Azzy? You with me?" Frost asked, Asriel shook his head. Frost looked down and nodded, he teleported over to where the explosion happened
"John! You with me still?" He yelled
"Of course!" He yelled back as he jumped down, he landed next to Frost, his sword drawn, the two rushed over to see Nova's family with a few guards that had been captured, they were about to be killed, Frost jumped into the air, lightning surrounded him, he landed and the earth around him crackled with deadly lightning, the unfortunate soldiers to be caught were zapped with lightning, their charred corpses collapsed, John rushed in and slaughtered a few soldiers before being fatally wounded, he fell backwards and couldn't get up in time, a soldier had his rifle to his head, Frost was throwing his knives at soldiers before he realised, the soldier was about to pull the trigger but an arrow pierced his heart, John was bleeding badly and Frost ran to his side, he healed the wound as best he could, he turned and threw a knife at a rushing guard, he grabbed John's arm and pulled him up "come on!" He yelled as soldiers were firing at them, Frost jumped and an magical orange armour covered his body, six orange kunai pierced the surrounding soldiers and they slowly disintegrated, Frost landed and grabbed his bow and three arrows, he tilted his bow horizontally and fired, piercing the skulls of three guards, John slashed a guard upwards and pivoted 180 degrees and slashed another's stomach, all the enemy soldiers were dead, the three jets nose dived and fired their missiles, Frost reacted by grabbing three arrows and piercing the pilots heads, the jets spiralled out of control into them, a multi coloured barrier surrounded them and Nova's family alone with the guards, three explosions covered them, Frost looked around to see Asriel, his right eye glowing green and his left glowing purple
"Thanks Azzy!" Frost panted, he looked at John
"You good?" John looked at him
"Never better" he replied
"Azzy, see what you can do, you have stronger healing magic than me" Frost admitted, Asriel was shocked but rushed over, Nova saw her family and tried to help them, Frost walked up, blade in hand, he raised it and tilted the blade so it was faced down, he brung the sword down and placed it by his left side before turning and slashing again, he normalised his grip and slashed again, the restraints of her family were destroyed,
"Thank you!" They exclaimed to Frost, he walked away
"I'm not the one to thank, Everyone else is. Especially Asriel, it it wasn't for him, non of use would be here now" he said as he cut the guards free,
"You saved us" a guard said, Frost looked at him
"No, I didn't, Asriel did" he said as he looked at Asriel, he didn't look that happy at Frost, he waved him over
"You gotta stop saying I saved everyone, I didn't" Asriel sighed, Frost looked at John
"Is he good?" Frost asked, Asriel nodded
"Anyway, you did save everyone" Frost said as Nova walked over to Frost and Asriel, she looked happy
"Thank you, thank you so much" she said, Frost rolled his eyes discreetly and pulled his hood up, Asriel stood their with his hands in his pockets
"If there is anything we can do to repay you, don't hesitate to ask" Her father said, Asriel looked at Frost who was gazing into the distance, he turned his head
"Yeah, get back to the castle, we have another situation to deal with" Frost said as he teleported back to the castle, Frost informed the king that the situation had been dealt with but a new threat had arisen, his brother was preparing an all out attack, the king was silent
"Do what you must, but protect the city and its inhabitants at all cost" the king said, Frost nodded and gathered a small force of people he trusted with his life, Asriel, Chara, Frisk, George and John, they were told the plan, each person was to patrol in pairs, they walked out of the city in their pairs, the night was quiet until Frost saw explosions and friendly fighter jets overhead,
"Shit, everyone back to the city" he yelled, everyone got back to the city, Zack's forces were inside and killing the guards, Frost held nothing back, his clothes turned to an impenetrable armour, darker than night, all that was visible of Frost was his eyes, and his right was in flames, John grabbed his sword and rushed the enemy soldiers, Frost in front of him absorbing any damage, everyone rushed in different directions as Frost pushed forward to meet his brother who had taken Toriel prisoner, Frost stopped and killed all the enemy soldiers around him in one swift swing, he glanced at his brother, his armour disappeared to reveal a silver chest plate, Frost was in casual armour, a flaming yin yang symbol was on the shoulder and on his armoured mask, he was breathing heavily, Toriel had a look of horror, Frost noticed a shadow above him, he glanced up and was thrown into a wall, a giant in armour was protecting Zack, he laughed
"He's mine Hex!" He said as he charged at Frost who was still getting up, Frost summoned his sword and deflected multiple attacks, he jumped onto the wall and jumped over his brother, throwing kunai at him as he landed, they all hit him and he staggered backwards, The juggernaut grabbed Frost and lifted him up, he slammed Frost into the ground, his vision blurred and time slowed down, he saw his brother grab Asriel and slash his chest, Asriel fell next to Frost, he glanced over to Frisk, she was stabbed by Zack in the chest, Frost's anger burnt, he was propelled into the air, he landed behind the juggernaut, his blade was on fire burning the colours of the traits, several slashes later the juggernaut was knelt down, Frost jumped and turned, decapitating the juggernaut, Frost held nothing back and everyone knew it, his attacks were ruthless and precise, several soldiers tried to kill him, all failed, Frost threw three kunai, he turned and slashed another, he grabbed his bow and shot three arrows at once, piercing the hearts of three more soldiers, Zack was about to kill Chara but an arrow was planted right next to her, Chara saw the flame of Frost, Zack threw Chara to the floor, Frost said something
"You better back down, you're in my domain" he said with a grin, Zack charged at Frost, he leaned to the side and ducked dodging two attacks, he summoned his sword and swung, Zack deflected the blow, sparks erupted from the blows, Frost began to become more deadly than ever, his memories of failing to protect everyone, he wasn't gonna let that happen, Zack started to get serious and Frost dodged every attack with speed and fluidness in his dodges, Zack brought his sword down, Frost jumped backwards, his mask covering his lower face and his hood covering his eyes, he glanced at his brother, a confused look in his eyes, he rushed his brother, he jumped off of a soldier, onto another, jumping with one foot, he was in the air, he brought his sword back, time slowed down for a moment as Frost flew into his brother, his sword piercing his heart, Frost pushed his dead brother to the side, a soldier jumped at Frost, he slid under him, throwing a knife into his stomach, he saw John and George kill several soldiers in unison, in the most badass way possible, Frost pivoted 360 degrees and elbowed a soldier in the face before drawing his bow, he released an arrow and it flew into the soldiers head, the remaining soldiers fled the city only to be cut by the circling jets, Frost checked on Asriel and Frisk, everyone was their, Frost dragged his dead brothers body, everyone was shocked, Frost slung the body onto the floor, he gave a sigh of relief
"Finally, I can live a normal life at last" he sighed, Asriel grabbed Frost's arm, he looked down
"Are you gonna help me or not?" Asriel said, Frost healed Asriel's wounds and everyone went to the castle,
The next day
The streets were as lively as ever, the city was celebrating the death of Frost's brother, the only one who wasn't was Frost, he was meditating on the floor, his brother's sword in front of him, Frost had no regrets about killing his brother, Asriel walked through the door in search of Frost
"Hey Frost?" Frost looked up
"Hey Azzy, what's up?" He asked
"The king would like to speak with you" Asriel said, Frost noticed a medal on Asriel's chest, Asriel knew he noticed it and walked off, Frost followed him and the city roared in celebration, Frost walked up to the king, everyone was on either side, Frost was confused, the king roared
"Frost, due to your bravery on the battlefield, you are being knighted, also, you will receive the greatest award I can give, your friends and family have all received the same" Frost agreed and after the ceremony he was pulled aside by the king
"Also, I will let your family rule beside me" Frost nodded and walked off, Asriel seemed happy, Chara noticed Frost dropped his guard down drastically, he pulled his mask down and was laughing, Frost had never been like this
"What's with you Frost? You're never like this" Chara said as she punched his arm, he looked at everyone one by one, he chuckled slightly
"Well... I'm free, I have nothing to fear now my family is dead" Frost said, everyone continued to celebrate late into the night, Asriel was hammered with alcohol, Chara wasn't much better, Frisk had a bit of alcohol but Sans jeez he was lucky if he lived he was that damn drunk, Frost had a lot of alcohol and managed to keep himself together, despite looking hammered as shit, John was hitting the alcohol but stopped after a while, he could tell a fight would break out, George and Nova were just talking the whole night, and got hammered as shit,
Everyone was feeling better and some stuff happened between the couples but I'm not gonna talk about that... you know what happens 😉...

After the night was over everyone returned to what they were meant to be doing, Asriel and Chara had the worst headache's and quickly got up, Frost was already up and Frisk was just tired, Asriel found Frost training
"Why are you training?" Asriel asked
"Gotta stay healthy and one of the best fighters somehow, anyway how was it?" Frost asked with a smile
"How was what?" Asriel asked in a confused way, Frost looked at him and smirked
"Ohhhh that... it was alright, how about you?" Asriel asked
"Same, it was alright"
George burst through the door
"You guys won't believe what happened last night!" George exclaimed
"Trust me, we know" Frost said
"Are you kidding?" George asked in shock
"Yeah" Asriel said as he scratched the back of his head.
"Nah, I didn't" Frost replied as he leant on the wall on top of a building.
(Btw Asriel is wearing a black shirt and a blue jacket with blue jeans, Frost is in blue jeans, White shirt and grey jacket with the sleeves rolled up to his elbow and George is in a black jacket with blue trackies)
"Uhh... this is awkward" John said, Frost and Asriel turned swiftly to face him, George jumped into Frost, they both fell
"Aghh! What the fuck bro?" Frost said as he pushed george off him.
