A few days after Asriel and Frost's death Chara and Frisk hadn't gotten over it, however something was bad was going to happen, very soon. As the two spoke about their feelings about Asriel and Frost a Flower began to bloom in the garden, but this Flower wasn't normal, it had a face of terror.
Sans felt a painful slash on his body and he clutched his chest and was confused, he felt like someone he knew has just come back from the dead, but that was impossible, he put it to just a bad feeling and went back to sleep at his station,
Frost awakened Chained up, he started to glance around
"Where am I?" He asked a spectacle figure
"You are in the void, a blank plain of reality where souls are put to rest". Frost glanced around until facing the figure
"So, I'm dead, huh?" He said with a slight laugh
"Yes" the figure said in response as something appeared in front of Frost, it was foggy at first but cleared so he could see two girls crying
"Is, that Frisk and Chara?" Frost asked
"Yes, they miss you both greatly" the figure said as it disappeared
"Wait what do you mean... by that?" Frost said as he slowly realised what the figure meant
"Asriel" he whispered as a single tear rolled down his cheek, he looked up to see a flower looking around, Frost was stunned that a flower was able to move, he saw its face turn from friendly to the thing of nightmares, he jolted backwards but was kept in his place, he looked up and saw chains.
When Asriel awoke he was scared, he was trapped in some sort of prison of vines, his arms and legs completely covered in them, he tried to struggle out of them but he failed, a flower turned to him,
"Ah so the prince is finally awake" he said
"Where the hell am I?" Asriel said, full of fear
"Oh don't sound so scared, I am you" the flower said with a smile,
Asriel looked around to see green everywhere, he glanced in front of him and saw the underground and Chara, Asriel was happy to see Chara again and called out to her
"Oh princy, you know she can't hear you, she can only hear me" the Flower said with a wide grin
"Howdy I'm Flowey, Flowey the Flower" Flowey said
"Oh, I don't think we've met I'm" Chara was cut off by Flowey
"You're Chara aren't ya?" Flowey said "I've heard so much about you, shame this will be the last time we meet" Flowey said, Asriel was confused then he realised what Flowey meant as vines pierced Chara heart
"Noooo!" Asriel screamed as he tried to get out of the vines
"Why, why would you do this?" Chara asked weakly as Flowey laughed like a maniac
"In this world it's KILL OR BE KILLED!" He yelled as he pierced Chara's heart again, killing her.
Frost stopped, he didn't know how to react to seeing his friend be killed
"What, is this thing?" He asked himself trying to break out of his chains.
Flowey went on a killing spree of the underground, Asriel could only watch as he had no control, as Flowey made it to the last living thing in the underground Asriel was in tears as he had seen every one he cared for turn to dust, he begged Flowey to stop but he didn't listen, he was busy trying to kill Frisk, the last living Soul in the underground, Frost watched in horror as he saw Frisk fall to the floor as a lifeless corpse, Flowey had killed everyone and reset the timeline to where Frost died and Flowey was born.
99 resets later
Frost, was emotionless at this point, he had seen those he cared for die, over and over again, in the most gruesome ways possible, he felt like giving up until something happened.
Asriel had been yelling at Flowey to stop, to let time flow forward
"Oh what are you gonna do princy? Kill me? No let's face it, you're far to weak to kill me" Flowey said "But if you want me to, I'll let time go on, but it'll cost you" before Asriel could say anything vines shot straight at Asriel, piercing his chest, and puncturing his lung, Asriel was coughing up blood he struggled to lift his head
"Why would you do that" he asked, gritting his teeth
"I told you, it would cost you"
Frost felt a jolt of pain where Asriel had been struck, and lost his breath
"What the, how did that-" he knew that something like that only happened to him and Asriel
"Impossible, Asriel is dead, he has to be" Frost said.
1 year later
It was the anniversary of Frost and Asriel's death and the whole underground had two minutes of silence in their honour, Asriel couldn't hold back his anger towards Flowey and clenched his fists "now now prince, you don't want me to ruin this ceremony do you?", Asriel looked down and said no, after the two minutes Flowey went to the Final corridor
"Do you remember this place Asriel?" Flowey said out loud, Asriel gave no answer
"I do" a voice said from behind them "I remember everything you've done to everyone, and to make sure that doesn't happen again, I'm gonna put an end to you" Sans said as his left eye turned blue and yellow.
Frost heard the name "Asriel" and shot up, his anger burned up inside of him and he broke the chains restricting his movement
"I'm not gonna let you die again" he said as he rushed ahead of him
"WAIT!" The figure said reappearing "that is not the way to your Soul, follow me and I will show you where it is". Frost had no choice but to follow the figure to his Soul, as they reached a pillar the figure warned him "This isn't the only Soul here, your Brother Asriel's Soul is here too, you can absorb your Soul now and return to the underground or you can search for your brothers and risk death". Frost hesitated before answering, and followed a voice in his head, Asriel's voice, he followed it for hours until he found another Pillar, Asriel's Soul was placed on top of it, but before he could grab it, his wounds reopened and Frost collapsed, he was going to black out but he refused and crawled to the pillar and grabbed his brothers Soul before absorbing his own. A bright light consumed him and he was gone. Chara and Frisk were in the final corridor watching Sans battle Flowey, they tried to stop them but Chara was hit by Flowey's vines, she was knocked unconscious and Frisk helped her out of the battle, the battle continued, Sans giving every thing he had, but it wasn't enough, Flowey was victorious and was going to land the killing blow but something blocked it, a hooded figure stood in the way of his attack, his sword drawn and a flame coming from his right eye, Sans took this opportunity to summon three Gaster Blasters and they fired at Flowey, but the hooded figure held out his right hand to summon a bone to stop the beams, when the beams died down he lowered his hand
"Why would you do that? He will kill EVERYONE!" Sans yelled
"My brother wouldn't kill anyone, but he has no Soul, I thought you would have known that" the figure said lowering his hood
"F-Frost?" Sans said in astonishment "b-b-but you're dead" Sans said taking a step back
"Yes, I was but, I can't let anyone kill Asriel"
Asriel started to cry as he thought everyone knew he was dead, he knew no-one would forgive him, Flowey had enough and cut off one of Asriel's horns and blood rushed out. Frost looked at Flowey and gave him Asriel's Soul
"Are, you sure?" Flowey asked
"Yes I'm sure" Frost said as Flowey absobed the Soul, a bright light illuminated the room and Asriel was back alive
"Finally, I was so tired, of being a heartless flower" he said as Frost pulled him into a hug, tears rolling down his cheek
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" Frost said
"You have nothing to be sorry for, I'm the one who is sorry" he looked at Sans who had a stern expression on his face
"Listen I know you can't forgive me and I'm not asking for forgiveness but please know I didn't want to kill anyone" Asriel said
"Shut it kid, you know what you did, and you must face justice" Sans said as he summoned his Gaster Blasters
"NO! You don't do ANYTHING TO HIM!" Frost yelled as he summoned his own
"That wasn't him who killed everyone, he didn't have a Soul, if anyone needs to be judged, it's me" Frost said standing in front of Asriel
"And why do you need to be judged, you stayed dead, Asriel didn't" Sans said as Asriel hung his head in shame
"Exactly, I stayed dead, I failed to protect him" Frost said putting the blame on himself
"Listen, I guess I will let this slide" he said "but if you kill anyone, you know what will happen" Sans said with his eyes blacked out, Sans left as Chara woke up and saw Frost and Asriel
"Azzy!" She exclaimed as they both looked at her, she ran over to Asriel and pulled him into a hug
"Hey, you uh, gonna tell her how you feel?" Frost asked as Frisk hugged him
"Only if you tell her how you feel" Asriel joked, all four of them exchanged items they gave each other, Frisk and Chara were in tears as they reached the castle, Asgore walked over to see what was going on "Are you to al-" he paused as he saw Frost and Asriel and he started to cry, he ran over and hugged them both,
"Honey, whats wrong?" Toriel asked from the other room
"Our children, they are alive" Asgore said through tears. Toriel rushed over and dropped to her knees,"How can this be, I missed you so much" Toriel said as she hugged Asriel, Frost managed to slip away to the room he shared with Asriel, Chara and Frisk and Left three throwing knifes on there pillows with everyone's name inscribed on them, he returned to the hallway and was bombarded with hugs from everyone, he was basically tackled by Frisk who pinned him to the floor as she hugged him, he began to tap out due to him not being able to breath
"Alright, you win, please let me breath" Frost strained, Frisk got up and Asriel helped him up as Frost caught his breath
"I missed you so much" Frisk said looking into Frosts eyes, Frost looked away trying not to blush as Asriel and Chara were hugging
"Yeah? Well I missed you too" he said, Asriel and Chara started playfully teasing one another and Chara flicked Asriel's nose "I missed you a lot Azzy, you don't know how hard it is to lose something you truly love" Chara said to Asriel
"I think I do, actually" Asriel replied
"What about you two? Asriel asked
"I know what it feels like to lose something you love" Frisk said whilst looking at Frost
"What about you Frost?" Chara asked
"Huh? Oh right" Frost paused as he saw visions of the past "Yeah I know exactly what it feels like, especially when you are so close to them" he said, the four went to their room and sat on Asriel's bed and talked for about 4 hours before Chara leaned in and kissed Asriel, Asriel blushed and returned the kiss and Frost just chuckled to himself "you know, that's cute" he said. "What is?" Asriel asked in an annoyed way, "you too, I mean I could see this happening for a long time, you too are perfect for each other" Frost said, Chara blushed and Asriel playfully punched his arm, Frost just laughed until Frisk kissed his cheek, Frost stopped and pulled his mask up to cover his face, everyone laughed and Frost blushed under his mask
"You know it's cute" Asriel said
"Uh-huh? Really let me guess, you could see this coming?" Frost asked
"Yeah" Asriel said "you too are perfect for each other" Chara said
Frisk blushed slightly
"Anyway it's getting late, we should probably get some sleep" Frost said "it's half 10?"Asriel said
"Yep, we've been talking for ages" Frost said getting up from Asriel's bed, they all got ready for bed and teased each other before turning their lights off, Frost sat up in his bed for a while before thinking straight
"No, I can't leave them again, I guess I gotta be at the top of my game when someone breaks the barrier" Frost said to himself before falling to sleep
