A human was sprinting down the valley, sprinting to escape from something, escaping from the humans, he himself was a human but a few words came back to hit him in the jaw
"All I said was monsters deserve to be set free!, why is such a big deal they pose no threat to us" he whispered to himself as he ran past the snow covered trees at the foot of mount Ebott, he ran up the mountain with guards chasing him.
In the catacombs of the ruins Chara and Asriel were playing hide and seek when they heard yelling, so they listened to it
"You are under arrest!" The guard said, gripping The human's arm, The human decided to kick the guards leg and make an escape, but he was stabbed in the right shoulder and fell down into the underground
Asriel glanced up to see a human falling down and Chara knew what would happen, they would die, moments later The human hit the ground on his right, he gasped for air as he was wounded, very badly, he had broken his right arm and several ribs
"H- help... me" he exclaimed weakly as Asriel was helping him to his feet
"Why did you fall down?" Asriel asked
"I didn't, I was pushed" The human said in response.
Asriel helped The human up and put his arm around his chest so The human was able to put some weight on Asriel, Chara stayed behind slightly with her knife in hand, she didn't trust The human, The three made it to Snowdin where Sans walked up behind them
"Heya, whatcha up to Asriel?" Sans asked, Sans cared about Asriel a little more than he let on, he saw the Chara and smiled until he realised that there was another human, his eye flashed blue and he summoned a few bones
"Who's this?" Sans asked looking at The human, he didn't respond as he had bigger worries
"This is... Another human that fell down, he's hurt and needs help so we're going to my mom and dad" Asriel said, Sans sighed and teleported them to Asgore and Toriel's house, he waved goodbye and walked off, Chara opened the door and grabbed The human's hand leading him to the kitchen, Asriel ran to get his parents, Chara stayed behind to make sure The human was ok
"What really happened?" Chara asked, The human sighed "I was running from the humans because they wanted me dead, does that answer your question?" The human said with fear in his voice
"Yes" Chara responded
"He's really hurt!" Asriel's voice echoed into the room as Asgore and Toriel ran into the room to see The human sat down in the kitchen with Chara next to him
"Is this who you were talking about son?" Asgore's voice bellowed as he inspected the injuries
"Hmm, Toriel take care of him the best you can, I will find him a place to sleep" Asgore said
Toriel examined The human for the worst injuries and prioritised them, It took a few minutes for the main injuries to be healed but The human was thankful but confused
"Why?... Why would you help me?... Everyone else would have left me to die" The human said not knowing what their reason was for saving him
"You were hurt, so we helped you" Asriel said in an attempt to cheer The human up
"Must all Humans be so reckless?" Toriel asked, as she made her way to make some pie, The human was confused but followed Asriel and Chara to the living room, his backpack was full of survival items, something he was good at, surviving in the worst conditions, something his father taught him before everything went wrong, he put his backpack down and closed it, bandaging some minor wounds
The human took his hood down so Asriel could check if there were any injuries there and saw a scar
"What happened here" he asked pointing at the scar
"Oh that? Huh it's a reminder of why I'm still here" The human said
"I found you some new clothes whilst we clean those ones up" Asgore said with a smile
The human changed into the clothes and walked back into the room ( The human wears a grey jacket with a hood with a white shirt and black trackies with a blue line down the right leg with black shoes, white face mask and black gloves)
He sat next to Asriel and gave him and Chara lockets that matches with his
"Where did you find these?" Chara asked
"I found them in my bag and thought you could have them" The human said. An hour passed and Frost was getting accustom to the castle and the surrounding area, Asgore entered the room and announced that it was time for bed so Asriel and Chara went into their room and The human was told to join them he laid in the bed that was labelled Frost and dozed off to sleep, he was confused why they labelled it "Frost" but he liked it
The next day
Frost woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning to train in self defence, something he always did on the surface, he wandered around the castle not making a sound, he didn't want anyone knowing he was awake, he heard clashing down the corridor and silently darted down to find the training room, he grabbed a Katana, one of his preferred weapons and a few throwing daggers out of his bag, he training for about two hours, practicing a few techniques that proved effective in killing and disarming, Asgore walked into the training room to see Frost already there
"Ah up already my Son?" Asgore asked taking him off guard
"Sorry if I woke you up... I usually train first thing in a morning" Frost replied as he stepped away to let Asgore train
Frost watched Asgore attack a dummy and was surprised at his speed
"Do you want to... Practice against me, Frost?" Asgore said
"I don't know... From what I have read, humans are far more powerful than monsters... And I don't want anyone to be harmed" he said
"Do not worry yourself son... I can take a beating" Asgore replied, Frost gripped his blade and smiled, planting his feet in a defensive stance
Right I know I'm not the best writer but I'm trying my best for it to be somewhat good so please don't leave negative comments cause that's just not epic
