Director: Naoko Yamada

Studio: Kyoto Animation

Genre: Romance

Synopsis:
A grade school student with impaired hearing is bullied mercilessly causing her to transfer. Years later, one of her former tormentors sets out to make amends.

Review:
It is not everyday where you see anime that covers disabled people. The character developments in this film is superb, makes you think that as long as you're alive, you're always susceptible to change. I'd also like to commend the soft and aesthetic animation visuals.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Favorite character/s:

Shoya. I love the character development of this guy. He started off as an annoying bully to a mature, compassionate, and understanding adolescent.

Yuzuru. She's tough for a younger sister. Despite the age gap, she protected her disabled older sister well. I also relate to her character since she also does photography.
