Xiaoming reminisces his memories of rice noodles from childhood to present.
📍 A Little Fashion Show
A model struggles to keep up in the industry because of her age while her younger sister aspires to be a fashion designer.
📍 Love in Shanghai
Limo finds a cassette tape containing a message from his childhood friend, Xiaoyu.
Review:
The aesthetic animation combined with the emotional narration added to the dramatic feels throughout the film. For me, the storyline isn't really up to my taste since it's just clips of people's day to day life. I see this more like an animator playing around with animation to tell a story. If it were a live action documentary I think I won't bother watching it but I can't deny that it's stress-relieving.
