The castle was silent, everyone was off preparing for their raid on Haven it was about time they stopped waiting around, now that Ozpin was dead and Y/n was nowhere to be found it was best they strike now.
Salem and Togara were in the room where the inner circle usually met, Togara was staring out the window whilst Salem was sat on her throne
Salem: So you believe if we strike now we can win
Togara: With the boy and the Angeloid gone we have a much higher chance of success
Salem: I'm immortal even if the boy is stronger than me immortality rules over all
Togara: Immortality is nothing when compared to saiyans, what good is immortality when you've been wiped out completely, there's always something that can be defeated
Salem: You do not understand, I've died over and over and I've always come back, there is nothing that can defeat me
Togara: Even so we should take this chance, with Raven on our side there's no doubt we have a good chance, we can also get the relic whilst we're at it
Salem: Ah yes the relic of knowledge supposedly knows everything and can give you the answers you seek out, but what will you do after all this?
Togara: I'll rebuild the Celestial Land
Salem: You had it wiped out didn't you?
Togara: The rule exists it grants ones biggest desire however there has to be one on the throne who allows for it to be used
Salem: And whos the one on the throne?
Togara: It's Vegito
Salem: The boy's mother?
Togara: She was always so annoying, I can't even sense her ki she's suppressed it
Salem: What are you planning?
Togara: Capture her there's a forbidden ritual that passes on the one on the throne, if I can draw out Vegito I'll then destroy her and use the ritual once I become the ruler I'll rebuild the entire world
Salem: You wish for world destruction
Togara: I wish to be recognised!
Salem flinches at Togara's voice being raised
Togara: All my life I've been in the shadow of my brother, he was always the stronger one out of the two of us, when he became the God of Destruction people compared me to him asking why I wasn't as strong, when I sealed in with Trihexa I wondered how I could get stronger and that's when it occurred to me, a saiyans strength knows no limit as of right now no beings whether that be in supernatural or the normal world can reach the power saiyans can, even if you find ways to take an opponent's power what good is that when they can just raise their power back up, I trained... I trained hard I created abilities I've never had before and once I was finished I tore my way out of the seal to find myself in the underworld from there you know what happened
Salem: I see so you've been neglected
Togara: I've been doubted they always found me to be the weaker link, mocked for my inability to not go super saiyan it's because of that I find this world so distasteful!
Salem: I see you and me are almost the same
Togara: We're nowhere near the same, you lost the love of your life as for me I was ignored, forgotten they didn't see a point in me, that's why... that's why I want them to all suffer, for them to feel my pain
