Cado Colter is a 19-year-old male, adopted by a farming family, growing up dirt poor, he grew up with many ambitious ideas, but being a troublemaker, he was never really able to plant these ideas to fruit. Cado would grow up with in his family, being seeing as a gifted child, he had strength, looks, and great intellect. His parents believed he would be the one who saved them. See, the family owed a lot of money to their government on back taxes, an at that time, the farm was threatened to be taken by that government, not to mention, the farm at the time, was going through a drought, they couldn't make the money, an as if to insult the situation, their grandpa, was badly sick, and needed money for a costly surgery or else, he would surely die.

It's been a few decades since Stitch defeated Hamsterveil, he and Angel had been traveling together until they were sucked into a black hole and separated where Stitch ended up on Roshi's island not long before Goku showed up to introduce his son, Gohan. (Art not mine)
