I woke up in the morning Arden was sitting at the side of the bed. His back was towards me and he was crying... I hugged him but his body stiffened.
"Why don't you want me anymore" I was hurt
He looked at me with intense desire and replied
"I can never hate you... I love you and cant live without you"
I am sorry that I will not be able to acknowledge your existence for the coming few months... Please forgive me.
Gilgamish POV
"Does she understand what you have done to her..."
I asked the prince whose face was full of remorse at present.
"What if she gets pregnant with your child. What will you do then; In such case, You would not be able to tell anyone that the child is yours. And she would be punished for your crime." I continued
"I will not let anything happen to her" The prince replied.. "I am not afraid of anyone anymore."
"And what about our main objective, to make you the king; Are you still capable of executing that plan started by your father."
I asked the prince
He looked into my eyes as he uttered those four lines.
"I would never fail my father. The throne is my right. I would never fail. I would make everything right"
