It's Friday morning now, my family and I have had a great time together but it's sadly time to go home.
"Y/n you sure you got everything dear?" Steve asks as he counts up our bags
"I believe I did pops" I nod tiredly ready to go home
"She probably forgot something" Harley snorts making fun of me
"Peter did you grab Danny's food?" Pops asks
"Yeah it's in the dog duffel" Peter says taking out one airpod
"Hey.. just a minor setback" dad comes back in the condo after checking on the jet
"What is it?" Steve asks
"Something inside the jet is broke... so we're going to have to fly... on a real airline plane!" Dad gives a dramatic sob
"Great" Harley dramatically sighs
"Don't worry we have first class" dad smiles holding up 5 tickets
So we go to the airport
"Remember stick together and keep Danny close to you okay Harley?" Dad says
The minute we step into the airport people began asking for pictures and Danny wouldn't stop barking
While walking through the crowd I happened to drop my phone
When I go to pick it up, someone already picked it up for me.
I look up to see a woman with blonde hair and dark eyes staring at me.
"Here, you seemed to have dropped this" she smiles almost too happily and puts my phone in my hand
Something about her irks my nerves
"Uh- um thank you!"
I quickly smile and catch up to my family
We wait for a while before boarding the nice plane.
First class was nice. I get seated next to Harley
Other than us there was a few old couples. then across from Harley and I sits a nice looking couple about dads age.
The woman sees me and smiles, just like that lady in the airport...
I nicely smile back and then go on my phone.
Im worrying myself for no reason. That lady looks nothing like the one across from me right now.
I do things to distract myself from my own thoughts as Harley sleeps on my shoulder.
I end up falling asleep as well.
When I wake up dad tells me the plane has just landed.
I look over to see the couple across from me is already gone.
"You okay?" Harley asks with a yawn as he stretches
"Uhm... yeah just a little tired I guess" I shake my thoughts away
We find our bags and bring Danny.
Happy picks us up!!!
"There's my favorite dysfunctional family!" Happy says proudly holding a sign with our name on it.
"Nice to see you Hogan, thank you for picking us up" dad smiles warmly
Finally so close to home.
The minute we get to our little country house I run in and jump on my bed
"Bed! Oh my god I've missed you!" I sigh tiredly
And then I fall asleep for what feels like hours.
