We get all ready to go and we walk down to Wanda's; on the way there we see the mailman delivering packages.. but once again I have a feeling he's watching us.
"Pietro something is going on here" I look around
"It's alright babe, we're gonna talk to wanda" he nods being the calm and collected side of the relationship like usual
"No.. it's something else.." I sigh but we keep walking
We get to Wanda's and knock but the door opens
"Wanda?" Pietro asks
"Oh great you guys are back! Yay!!" She says with exhausted enthusiasm
She's sitting on her couch in sweatpants and a zip up her hair is in a messy ponytail. She looks a wreck
"Wanda" I frown a little
"Hey guys! What's up?" She stands fidgeting a little
"Wanda are you alright?" Pietro asks her sister
"What!?" She laughs like that's a dumb question
But then the wall paper starts to tear and change color and the windows change shape
"I'm... fine" she closes her eyes and breathes heavily
"Here Wanda sit" I take her hand and we sit back on the couch
"I don't know why it's happening" she holds her head
"I'll get some water" pietro nods
"I don't know what to do" Wanda shakes her head eyes closed
"Wanda it's going to be okay" I grasp her hand
"Is it?" She looks at me unsure
"Here Wanda" pietro hands her the water
"Thank you" she sighs
She takes a sip and then uses her hands to put the house back to normal
"Wanda where are the kids?" I ask looking around
"The kids? They um went with Agnes, she was an angel and took them for a bit.. I need time to rest" Wanda sits back
"Agnes?" I look at pietro nervously
"Maybe we should go check on them?" Pietro suggests
"You guys can! I am just soaking up my rest time" Wanda laughs hysterically
"Alright.. Wanda I'm sure Vision will be back soon. Pietro and I will go get the kids" I smile as convincingly as I can
"Thank you! Where would I be without you guys" she smiles slowly sliding back onto the couch
"Get some rest" pietro kisses her head lightly
"Will do!!" Wanda laughs again and her lights flicker
We walk out and quickly walk next door to Agnes'
Pietro rings the bell. And we wait.
As we wait I notice the mailman is nowhere to be seen
