It stays like that for a while. Just me dad and steve. Summer is coming to an end and I'm going into fifth grade! Dad wants me to skip a grade since I'm so smart but I dont know If I want to.
For the last day of summer dad wants to have a beach day. I ask if I can bring abbey and dad says yes.
I send a suit to pick her up early in the morning. She finally gets here!
"Abbey!" I yell hugging her
"Woah you were right this house is big" she laughs looking at the Malibu mansion
"How was the flight" I smile
"Extremely fast" she laughs
"Y/n is this your friend?" Steve asks and abbey raises her eyebrows and looks at me
"Uh yeah pops this is abbey" I smile and he puts out his hand
"Well any friend of y/n is a friend of mine" steve nods his head and walks away
"Wow that's your other dad" abbey says almost drooling over him
"Oh stop it. He's like a hundred years old" I laugh
"Abbey!" Dad yells opening the door
"Hello mister stark" she smiles
"How many times have I told you to call me dad or tony?" Dad shakes his head and abbey shrugs
"Get Ready to go girls" dad pets my head
"Come on" I smile to abbey and we run upstairs to my room
"This is so different from New York" she exclaims
We pack up and hop in the convertible.
"You got the food right babe" steve asks dad
"Yes stevie just get in" dad says honking the horn
"Okay gosh" steve laughs
We drive down the palm tree lined road watching cars pass by.
We stop at the beach and take all the bags and towels with us.
We find a more secluded spot and lay our things down.
"It's such a nice day" pops smiles grabbing his sketch book
"What are ya gonna draw pops?" I ask
"Probably the ocean, the sand, the cliffs, the rocks, or tony" Steve shrugs
"Paint me like one of your French girls" dad mutters which none of us understand
"I don't get that reference" steve and I say at the same time
"Never mind" dad rolls his eyes
We have fun at the beach for a while but after a couple hours it gets kinda boring.
"Well hey! Let's invite some people over and have a pool party." Dad says sipping on a scotch
"Sorry to say it. Just got an email from abbeys parents she's gotta go home" dad frowns
"At least you got to spend most of the day with us!" I smile and we ride home
At home abbey leaves and dad sends out an invite to all the avengers. Looks like we are hosting a party!
One by one the avengers start showing up.
"Come on I couldn't miss a party with you knuckle heads" I hear aunt nat say
"Nat!" I yell and run towards her to give her a hug.
"Y/n! My favorite!" She laughs
"Guess who I found on my way here" she rolls her eyes and points behind her
