Jhope: yah know guys, before dancing, we should stretch first.

Jhope do a push up, and sit up.
Jhope: do a warm up so your body won't hurt during practice.

Jungkook, Juliana, and Joanna are sitting on the floor. The cameraman points the camera to them. Jungkook was watching over Joanna's phone while Joanna is playing.
Jungkook: *looks up and wave* hello!!
Joanna: *lost the game* ahh!*saw the camera* oh hi!!!
Juliana: *look up* hello!!

V, infront of the camera.
V: hello! We will practice the boy in luv and teach the girls how. It's like this, *dance his solo part*
V: just hit your chest, one....two.... then wiggle your arms three....four..... and do it again five...... six..... seven..... eight. *thumbs up*

Jin in the camera.
Jin: let's do a stretching! *bending*
Joanna: waaaah! Oppa! *shouts from the back*
Jin: *look at Joanna* come here help me!
Joanna: *walks over him* what help?
Jin: do it with me!
Joanna: I'm not that flexible....
Jin: it's okay, just bend your hips.
Joanna: how? Like this? *bends better than Jin*

While they're all warming up...
Rapmon, Jimin and Suga walks in. They greeted each other.

The boys dance boy in luv first then the girls watch them.

Joanna: *stumble* I already forgot the steps! You know that I'm forgetful!
V: you've done it before.
Jungkook: neh~ and I'm sure you can do it again!
Joanna: *inhale/exhale* let's do this! *walks to the dance floor.... walks back* teach me!!
They laugh at her ‘confidence’.. hahah..
Jhope: okay let's start!
They started teaching Joanna, cause Juliana can do it already... after five mins of teaching…
Joanna: got it!!! Com'on!!
Rapmon: she learn so fast neh??
Suga: neh...
They started to dance and dance...
They finished the practice and head home
