The elevator doors suddenly flew open. My finger was still pressing the 'up' bottom, still focused on the incident that happened a while ago. I didn't move, until the staff told me which floor I was going. I snapped out of it, and just went inside
Even though I walked in, thoughts were still flying around my mind. I still didn't know what to do, or what to say...
Should I tell Chae about it? If I did, it would absolutely wreck her. She'll lose her will to live, and she'll be miserable for a very long time. If she breaks down, it would also be devastating for me. I mean, whenever she stubs her toe, she wails like a baby. But as an overprotective and caring sibling I am, I always rush to her aid. I always want to make her happy, where I consider her the most valuable gift anyone can ever receive. If I see her vulnerable and emotional all the time, I'll also feel that way...
But not telling her also? Not even close to a better choice. Mina's heart is not fully directed to Chae's, but Chae's gives everything to her precious little penguin. This would just hurt my baby cub more if she finds out about it in a longer period of time. Prolonging this problem would just lead to a more uneventful future. Besides, it would be unfair for Chae to stay in a one-sided relationship...

As the elevator doors slowly close, a hand suddenly went in the middle, through the gap of the two doors. Then the elevator door slowly opens, as I see the face of someone that I definitely did not want to see that day
