Ariana had not stayed the night this time. Even though it hurt to say bye and watch her drive away with her convoy of vans, I knew I was going to see her again.
This also allowed me to plan the date I had promised her.

I was all set to go and it was nearing the time I had agreed for Ariana to pick me up. I had a very fun surprise organized for her. Or at least I hope it would be fun.

I had organized everything with Sarah. We spoke on the phone in the evening and I explained to her the past couple of days and why I hadn't been able to speak to her.
I was pretty sure that at one point she thought I had gone insane, imagining my whole experience with Ariana in my head. I had no real proof to give her to show that I was not making this up.

However, I did tell her she would see me later with Ariana as I needed to go to our local recreation club, which her parents ran. She also, occasionally, worked part time there.
She said she would come over and arrange everything for me and make sure we had the place to ourselves.

I quickly glanced at my phone at the earlier conversation Ariana and I had and laughed at our exchange.

The phone suddenly rang and saw Ariana's name on my screen. What perfect timing. I accepted the call.

"Get in the car loser, we're going shopping." I laughed at her Mean Girls reference. She only spoke these words and hung up afterwards.

I grabbed my bag pack, phone and wallet and headed out the door.

This time a single black car was waiting in front of my place and I was secretly thankful for the more low-key presence of the Grande convoy.
