August pov

I wake up with someone on my chest. I almost freak out but I remember it was jay . I wake her up and did my hygiene. When I come back she was still sleep. I look at her closely even though she is sleep she looks uncomfortable. So I wake her up."What do you want?",she asked whining." for you to get up.",I tell her while I continue getting dressed.

"ok give me a minute",she said, then she gets up really slow and goes to her room.I wonder what's wrong with her.

Jacovey pov

I just was able to go to sleep and he wanna wake me up like for. My period started three days ago the last two days are always the worst for me. I decide to take a bath instead of a shower since my back and stomach are hurting. I run the water, got in , bathe and let the water soothe me. I doze off and when I wake up the water was kinda cold and August was in my doorway. It's a good thing I decided to put bubbles in my water.
" what are you doing?",I asked staring at him.He keeps looking at me, " I thought some happened to you cuz you been in the tub for almost a hour now" Awwee he cares "my bad I'll be out in a minute.",I told him while reaching for my towel.

After he left my back and stomach felt alot better and I got dressed I put on a purple jacket like thing that showed off my stomach,matching shorts and some tennis shoes.August said we gonna be working out today so I wore stuff that wouldn't be heavy or make me hot. I got down stairs and he was eating something and didn't bother to fix me anything so I cut me up two apples and put me some peanut butter in a bowl and another slice of cake and i ate that. When I was done I notice august was staring at me."what are you looking at?", I ask him.

"what you got on", he replies smiling.

" what's wrong with it",I asked looking down at my outfit. "nothing just more for me to see. " he has a big kool aid smile on his face. I look at him and started laughing ,"you soo nasty." He laughs along with me before replies,"I know but enough of this we gotta get to work."He takw me to the basement. I slick got nervous,but I remember if he wants to do something to me he would've been did it. First thing he makesvme do was push up then curl ups then a lil boxing some squats then we did more complex stuff then he taught me defense moves he said I need to remember them and now I'm tired and ready to stop.

"August can we stop or take a break",I asked because by this time I was all sweaty and my stomach was tryna hurt again.

"I gotta teach you one more thing"

"what is it?",I asked slightly annoyed

"how to shoot a gun."

August pov

I am a highly trained shooter I rarely miss a target and my aim is rarely off. So I'm more then qualified to teach her ho . I just hope she taking this serious and remembers everything because this life ain't no joke and if word gets out that she's my girlfriend my enemies are going to come after her to get to me and even though we ain't on that level yet I don't want an innocent person to get hurt because of me. So I stood behind her and position her and told her to aim for the red target and to picture each target was someone she hated . She shot and made everyone shocking the hell outta me.

" where you learned to shoot like that?" I ask because I'm still surprised.

"my brother.", she looks like that was a touchy subject for her so I leave it alone.

"Are we done cuz my stomach tryna hurt and I'm ty-red",she said standing there with her hand on her hip.

" yeah we done for today." ,I told her then we walk back upstairs and she started to go to her room when the door bell rang. She goes to answer the door. I just stay in the living room drinking some water. Then I heard sky, Chris,and Shawn talking they came to the living room and start bombarding me with questions.
