"An advantage?" Dean repeated confused, he didn't understand what kind of advantage plaguing Rose with nightmares gave him.

"How are nightmares and blocking us from seeing the dreams give Vassago any kind of advantage?" Zander questioned, just as confused as Dean. "Isn't there a better use for the magic than that?"

"It does seem rather pointless, but like I told you, he wouldn't tell me anything."

"We all know Vassago doesn't do anything at random, there's always a reason behind everything he does." Dean said bitterly, as he began pacing again. "Okay, so we know for sure that he's behind this, but for now there's nothing we can do. We need to focus on what we've been doing."

 "And that is?" Keeper asked.

"Finding a way to use the Raven of Mourning for us." Dean answered, as he stopped pacing again and looked at them.

"Ah, I should have known that's what you had planned for the little feathered pain in the ass when you took it." Keeper said smiling.

 "Is it true?" Dean questioned.

"Is what true? Can you be a little more specific, Ambrose?" Keeper said annoyed.

 "Are they connected?"

"They are, it's true, they feel everything done to the other, but unfortunately, killing the Raven won't kill Vassago; it will only weaken him." Keeper answered.

"Good to know, but I don't plan on killing it." Dean stated smiling.

"I know." Keeper replied smiling too.

"So, there is a way to use the Raven for us?" Zander asked hopeful.

"Yes, but it will take time unfortunately, it won't be easy, but it can be done, I assure you."

"How?" Dean demanded. "Tell me how to do it."

"I can't, but I brought you a...gift." Keeper replied smiling, as he stood up and walked towards Dean, before he stopped in front of him.

 "What?"

"This." Keeper replied, as he put a hand on Dean's forehead and closed his eyes smiling.

Instantly, Dean began to see images of Vassago and his Raven from the past; they played like a movie in his head. The images brought him to his knees as he saw, heard and felt everything that Vassago did, Keeper kept his eyes closed and a smile on his face the whole time. Zander had no idea what was happening, but seeing Dean on his knees because of Keeper scared the hell out of him. Believing Dean was being hurt, Zander angrily rushed to help him, but when he was only steps away, Keeper broke the contact and backed away, Dean hung his head and closed his eyes breathing heavily.

"Dean!" Zander yelled scared, as he rushed to him.

"Oh, relax, Zander, he's fine. I didn't hurt him." Keeper said sighing, as he sat on the rock again.

"What the hell did you do to him, you son-of-a-bitch?" Zander demanded upset, as he left Dean and walked towards Keeper.

"I gave him what he needs to hopefully use that feathered pain in the ass to win." Keeper answered.

"It...it's true." Dean stated, as he got to his feet, Zander rushed back to him and helped him stay standing. "I'm fine, he just showed me the past and since I'm somehow connected to Vassago, I wasn't prepared to feel everything he did." He explained.
