No Longer Complete

You tease me with your sweet messages
So I pour out all that I am
Into your cold cold hands
I watch as you look at me

I can't quite tell what you have planned
If I had know before the start
This would have been the end
I never thought you'd break my heart

You hugged and kissed me
Every time I asked
You made sure to run me a bath
Every night, it felt like you cared

Until you wrecked me
You broke my heart
Acted as if we had always been apart
Never together, always at arms length

You broke my spirit
And my soul is no longer complete
As a sob overtakes my body
I lay on the ground

Everything we had
Would never come around
I'd be stuck in this universe
To never make a sound
