Chapter 8

Yeah, I hate this chapter. It's so choppy and awful. But I have no other ideas.

Molly P.O.V
"No Jaeden!" I yell trying to sit up

"Lay down, Molly. You need to relax." He says gently pushing me back down onto the bed.

"Please, you can't fight him.... please don't."

"I can't stand the way he treats you, he has to be taught a lesson." I look away from him and a single tear rolls down my cheek. "Molly look at me." He cups my chin in his hand and turns my head towards him. "Everything will be okay."

"No it won't. I don't want to see you get hurt because of me."

"I won't get hurt."

"Yes, you will."

"No, I-"

"Promise me you won't do it....
Promise me."

"Molly, I have to do this."

"No you don't, it's my problem"

"I want to help you."

I groan and lean back on the bed.

"Its useless for you to even try to help me. He's going to hurt me one way or another, no matter what you do or what you say." I pause for a moment. "He always gets what he wants, and he won't stop until he gets it."

He runs his hand over his face and groans in frustration. "There is nothing you're going to say that will change my mind about this." He says.

"I know, I just don't want you getting hurt."

He smiles at me.

"You're so adorable"

Two weeks later

Jaeden P.O.V
It's been two weeks since Molly has been in the hospital, and shes getting very impatient with waiting. She wants to leave this place and I do too. The doctors said she may be able to go home today or tomorrow but they're not 100% sure quite yet. I hope she gets discharged today, we both hate it here.

"Good Morning." The doctor says walking into the room. "How are you feeling, Molly?"

"A lot better, but I'm still a bit sore."

"That's what's I expected. I'm going to check you heart rate and then we are going to do one more x-ray just to make sure we didn't miss anything."

He pulls out a clipboard and starts writing. Then he has me help get Molly into the wheelchair and bring her to the x-ray room. We lay her down on the table and the doctor begins to x-ray her.

"I will bring you all back to the room while I take a look at the x-ray, and then I will let you know whether Molly will be discharged today or not."

"Thankyou," I say.

The doctor brings us back to the room and Molly and I wait patiently for an answer.

I sigh in frustration and tap my foot impatiently.

Molly scoots over beside me and puts her head on my shoulder. I wrap my arm around her and kiss her forehead causing her to blush.

"Are you okay?" She asks me, sounding concerned.

"Yes, I'm fine. I'm just worried about you."

"I know you're worried but I've told you a thousand times, Jaeden, I'm fine. You don't have to worry about me."

"I know you don't want me to worry but you know I always will."

"I know you will, I worry about you too."

I smile at her and then the doctor walks in.

"We've gotten the test result and x-ray looked over. Everything looks pretty well. You all may be discharged today. Before you leave the hospital, check out at the front desk and Ms. Shela will give you the prescription for the antibiotics. We will ship the antibiotics to your local pharmacy and you should be able to pick them up today." The doctor says.

He walks out of the room and I hug Molly, once more.

"We can finally go home."
