Chapter 3
Artemis' Point of View:
"We seriously need to talk." He whispered before running off. I looked down at the note he had handed to me before taking off and realized he was actually serious about this. I texted him "Hey" and he responded almost immediately.
Sun Boy: Hey, I'm sorry, but we seriously need to talk.
I hesitated before responding. What if this is all a joke? It can't be though, if it was a joke, Nick would be the ring leader, not Apollo. Besides, Nick has never been able to convince him to make a joke before, why would he suddenly start now.
Me: Wow sunny boy, you actually are serious. Well, I'll meet you in the parking lot but I don't want to get in your car until you tell me what this big thing is and if I care enough or believe you, maybe we can go somewhere and talk.
I sent the message and headed off to meet Zoe, thinking that maybe this was something better kept to myself.
