I'm not the only one who has memories of my past lives. Erica, is one of the other two whom I know also have. One time she was my enemy, while the other time we were best friend. When you've live for so long, changing lives every time, everyone becomes both your foes and allies. To my surprise, I never imagine meeting her here. For me, it's been a few decades since the last time I met her. Funny things, we were a couple, a live before.

"Erica, is that really you?" I asked in disbelief of what I just saw, of whom I just met. The girl looks as surprised as I am. She freeze a little before snapping back here. "Yes it's really me. Long time no see, Rene. I'm in a hurry and I could get your help," she said, taking my hand and make me run with her.

We arrived at the palace, entering through the front gate and heading to the private area. Restricted to the public, but Erica seems to have a clearance to this. We head to a separate building which looks odd because of its modern architecture in compare to the rest of the area. The guards stop me before I can follow Erica in. "Don't touch him! He's with me," she said and they immediately let me go.

I followed her who looks so confident in taking turns around. "Where are we and what happened?" I finally asked her, making sure nobody around. "This is the royal lab, this kingdom research center and my workplace," she said. "I don't know what happened, but something must have gone wrong as they call for me," she said. I just nod understand with the sudden ruckus, silently follow her to the place where we are needed.

"What happened?" Erica immediately asked people there as soon as we enter the lab room. I can see two men and a woman lay down on the bed. They look like they are in pain. Cold sweat broke out, I could see a trace of vomits, and they murmurs unclear things.
"We don't know, they suddenly just fell ill. At first we thought they were drunk but it becomes worse. Now they are unconscious," said the man in white lab coat. He looks worried and confused, don't know what to do.

"It's definitely poisoning, but we couldn't find anything that could cause it!" said the person who seems to be the doctor, trying to give more information but wasn't sure about it either.

I also think this is poison, but unless the cause was identified it's impossible to give a proper cure. What kind of poison that would be unknown for a country who has deep knowledge in herbology and oriental medicine. It shouldn't be food poisoning as they should know the list of poisonous plants. My hypothesis is a chemical substance, something new which is still in development so their knowledge about it is limited.

I look out the surroundings, trying to figure out what they are doing here and what things could cause this. In the side of the room, I got a glimpse of a machine that I haven't seen in this world. "Erica, is that an AC?" I asked her, pointing out to the table at the end of the room "Yeah, why?" she asked.

"Ethylene glycol! They got ethylene glycol poisoning," I said to her. The symptoms are similar to getting drunk but it could kill them if not getting taken care of. Based on how their condition looks like, it's just a few hours since they consumed it.

"What? You mean the coolant?" Erica asked doubtful.

"Yes!" I convinced her. I know it sounds insane. No sane person would purposely drank that. I can't give her any answer if she asked how they consume it, but the symptoms are similar.

"It must be mixed up with propylene glycol," Erica trying to deduct the cause, "Err.. the antidote, what is the antidote?"

"Fomepizole, you have any? Or just use ethanol," I said

"You, bring alcohol here! I mean beer! Or wine. Hurry!" she instruct one of the men who immediately run out. Erica instruct the doctors to stabilise them, making sure they don't go even worse than they currently are.

"Are you sure about this?"

"About eight five percent sure"

"My lady, one of the chefs got the same symptoms and we found this on his kitchen," said a man handing her a clear bottle. On it was written C2H6O2. "Now, I'm a hundred percent sure," I tell her. She also recognise the chemical formula and do not question me further.

"Bring the chef here and everyone who has eaten whatever food he cooks. Bring more wine here, and do it fast if you don't want anyone to die!"
