anxiety attack

i feel it first in my sternum.
a silent tingle in the bones that lay beneath my collarbones.
it rushes a nimble coldness throughout my body.
like a medicine ball on my stomach when i exercise,
i release my breathe and tears form in my tear duct, descending down my face
and onto the sheets of my bed.
the sudden rush of emotions crash upon my mind with an untitled name.
the dark gloomy cloud
within my body saturates every
inch, nerve and muscle.
an overwhelming sense of uneasiness propelling my legs to clutch into my chest.
as i scream silently through gritted teeth,
hissing at the open window across my bed.
my sheets are blue,
i look down and feel stranded in a sea,
lost in a hazy daze of confusion.
as the waves slowly rock my boat,
the crash of tears filling up my seat.
