I closed the car door which made Zayn look my way. Louis nodded at me through his rear-view mirror and then drove away.

"Hey, I didn't know you were--"

He didn't even let me finish my sentence, he just ran up to me and hugged me.

"...here." I continued.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I might have given you the wrong idea. I've moved on from her, it's just that--"

"Zayn, look at me. I understand. You shouldn't have to explain anything, I shouldn't be feeling anything." I interrupted.

And then he placed his index finger under my chinand tilted my head up so he could lean in and put his lips on mine. The kiss was soft and subtle compared to the ones we had before.

After a few seconds, he pulled away and hugged me again.

"Thank God," he said. "Yup. I'm sure now. Completely over her and madly in--"

BUZZZZZZZZ. My phone vibrated and turns out an unknown number was calling me. I rejected the call and then it buzzed again. This time, it was a text message.

I showed the text message to Zayn and then he smirked.

"I'm not gonna let this moment be stopped because of an interruption. Constance, I'm truly, madly, deely, crazy in love with you. I didn't know this until now, not until I saw her. Not until I have felt her presence again did I realize that she didn't matter to me anymore, but you did. When I looked at her, I saw my past but when I look at you, I see a beautiful future for me and I have you in the same thought. I get a glimpse and more of what's beautiful and true. I'm sorry if it took so long for me to realize this, I love you, Constance. It just sucks that I needed to see her again for me to realize that, but I do. You don't have to believe me, you don't have to say it back, but I hope you will someday. I will wait because I know you're worth it." He explained. Tears were flowing non-stop from his eyes but he doesn't seem to be bothered by them.

I wiped his tears and he looked over to the window where Liam was and then leaned in again to kiss me.

"I'm sorry," He said. "I shouldn't have come here and--"

I kissed him. I didn't want to hear more of what he has to say, I didn't want him to regret what he just said. I know how it feels to actually confess your feelings to someone. It takes a lot of gut and courage, but he still did. I did feel the same way, I did want him. I didn't have to say it back anymore. When I pulled away, he understood.

He smiled at me and I did the same to him. And then he hugged me again.

BEEEEP!!!!

We looked to the direction of the loud horn and saw that Louis was there in the car.

"There, there, lovers, I'm glad you got it all figured out but Zayn, we have an emergency. It's not that big of an emergency, but you might wanna come home now." He said.

"What's wrong?"

"Your parents are here." Louis answered.

Zayn looked at me as if he was asking for my permission to leave, so I nodded. He gave me one last peck before running to Louis's convertible with a big smile on his face.

"What, did I forget to bring cans and a 'Just Married' sign?" Louis said as he drove off. After a few meters, the car stopped.

Zayn stood on his car seat and shouted "I love you, Constance Flynn!' and blew me a kiss. I did the same to him before they drove off again. I stood there like an idiot until the car was no longer in sight.

I opened the front door and saw that Liam was there, sitting on the couch like a father.

"What's are you guys up to?" He asked.

"You don't have to know," I answered.

"Fine, just don't come running back home again just like what you did after Gavin--"

I glared at him.

"I'm sorry. Anyway, we'll be having dinner tomorrow with my girlfriend. Be ready. And be nice." He told me.

"I will!" I told him as I gave him a quick hug before running up the stairs.

I laid down on my bed and started dancing. Yup, you can do that when you're in love. Or when you discover that your favorite celebrity just followed you on twitter, which was almost the same as falling in love.
