This place had a level of holiness. Artura felt as if she was being watched but wherever she looked found none besides then girl and she was paying her no mind.

The girl came to a stop the torch light giving a bit of a haunted light. "There they are."

Artura followed the point spotting a bundle of tiny purple flowers resembling the one Gaius had pulled out of the goblet.

There laid an impossible jump of a gap in between them and the flowers. A narrow legend loomed over it all. It made its way across half the way across the dark abyss.

Artura smirked towards the edge on the firm part of the cliff looking down. She was welcomed by darkness and a feeling of vertigo. Her breath shook as she looked to the girl who seemed a bit more comfortable now in the cave.

"Keep back from the edge. Don't worry. We'll be out of here soon." Artura promised looking back over.

Artura shuffled side ways across the edge slowly testing her weight. She was almost at the edge of the ledge when the cave shook. Artura nearly lost her balance years of training and activities kicking in and allowing her to stay firmly in her feet.

Then she heard it, someone was speaking complete gibberish. Artura made on last glance behind her as she spread her arms out. "Eorthe ac stanas hiersumie me. Ic can stanas tobrytan..." She chanted her eyes glowing gold.

"What are you doing?!" Artura cried taking a step towards the girl.

"...hiersumie me." She finished as the ledge started to crack. Artura glanced between where the witch stood and where the flowers were.

Thinking quickly she dropped the torch and made a last attempt to save Merlin she jumps towards the opposite ledge barely grabbing it as she while arm cursed at her.

Artura looks back at the sorceress. "I expected so much more." She said all emotions vanishing. She looked at Artura with so much disappointment.

"Who are you?!" Artura asked trying to pull herself up.

The witch cackled, "The last face you'll ever see." A spider bigger than my horse crawled out of a cave racing towards Artura. "It seems we have a visitor."

Artura tries her best to get away only to notice it was hopeless. She released her grip on one hand drawing her sword. The spider lunges at her as she lifts her sword successfully killing the beast.

The witch grins at him unfazed by him killing the spider, but rather finding it quite amusing. "Very good. But he won't be the last. I'll let his friends finish you off, Arthur Pendragon. It's not your destiny to die at my hand." She turned torch in hand leaving Artura in darkness clinging onto the edge for dear life.

"Who are you?!" Artura calls looking it the hall of darkness behind her.

Gaius stared worried at Merlin he groaned tossing and turning. He would mutter random spells and what not about Arthur walking into a trap.

"Arthur. It's too dark. Too dark. Fromum feohgiftum on fæder bearme. Fromum feohgiftum." Merlin chanted the blanket glowing up. Gaius scrunched his eyebrows slowing peeling the blanket off the sweating boy.

Gaius gasped, "Merlin." There levitating above the warlock was a ball of light. "What are you doing?"

--

Merlin pushed the light up to hover over Arthur. Arthur looks at it wearily. He was quick to assume that the witch had sent to finish him off.

"Come on, then! What are you waiting for?! Finish me off!" Arthur shouted his voice holding a small quiver.
