Everyone in their right mind hated morning. Merlin hated getting up but of course once awake he couldn't find it in him to hate them. In fact Merlin didn't mind morning they were peaceful and normally relaxing. He did find out the Arthur does not take them as well as he did.
So after some food being thrown Merlin left to fetch Arthur his armour. Merlin poked his head in looking around the room. It was fairly normal or rather fight it name very well. It had knight swords, shields, armour, and other armour laying all around in an organized chaos. "Hello? Is there someone there?" Merlin asked doing his best to avoid being yelled at once again.
Hearing no answer Merlin crept in checking out armour around him. A shield he had gotten a glance at earlier drew him near. It was Knight Valiant's, it had three snakes intertwined on it. Were all the same shade of green and were snakes Merlin couldn't identify.
As he was looking at it he could've sworn he had just witnessed one of the snake eyes winked at him. Merlin blinked holding out a hand to touch it.
Almost close enough to touch the shield but was stopped by an inconvenient sword pointing at his chest. Merlin's hands flew up surrendering as he stood up.
"Can I help you with something, boy?" a voice asked. Merlin eyes made its way up to the man's face. He had just encountered Knight Valiant the owner of said shield.
Merlin didn't have a proper answer for the question so he found himself stumbling over his words in response. "Nope. I'm good. I, I was just... I was, erm, gathering my master's armour."
Valiant raised an eyebrow wondering why we were over by his shield and not gathering his masters armour like he claimed to be. Wanting the young man to leave. "Then you'd best be on your way." He encouraged.
"Right, yeah. No problem." Merlin nods quickly surprisingly not getting whiplash. Scooping up the armour he clumsily made his way out.

Artura walked into her chambers. Merlin was there standing before her shiny armour that was placed out nicely. "You did all this on your own?" she asked him as he approached. The armour looked brand new and clean. Artura loved clean stuff therefore she was quite impressed with Merlin's handy work.
He looked down at the items nodding. "Yes, Sire."
Ever since he had gotten the job he hadn't been treating her as an equal but rather someone above and it drove her insane. She had figured that at least she could have fun new friend that wouldn't hold her on a pedestal. In jokingly manner she spoke with an unimpressed tone saying, "Now let's see if you can get me into it without forgetting anything."
Merlin nodded placing a beef of the armour on tightening it so it got her comfortably. He then helped her slip on her hauberk for padding. Over the hauberk was her surcoat or her uniform.
This was followed by her gorget that's main purpose was to protect her neck and shoulder. Vambrace came next they protected her forearm. Merlin leaves it together tying it tightly so that it could serve its purpose.
The pauldron was her personal favorite piece, for it was the piece that was a bit more personal. She choose to have it protect her right shoulder leaving her left bare. The counter connected to the pauldron providing armour on her elbow but not slowing down her arm motion in the process.
To top it all off. Merlin placed her metal hoodie on her also known as her mail coif. Proceeding the mail coif wad her belt, sword belt, dagger, and sword.
Merlin checked around knowing he forgotten an important part. Turning his back to Artura he grabbed her other personalized item her helmet. He didn't put this on handing it to her instead. Artura nodded proud of him. "That was much better. Not that it could have got any worse." Artura said not letting him have the benefit of the doubt.
